I was so happy with the information provided to me by the assistant that I found it easy to make my decision. I chose the Economy product as it met all our needs.

Not knowing what is ahead, I am so happy I took this cover for my pet. I have been with them for 18 months and RSPCA service has been excellent! It's very easy to claim and the turnaround time is efficient. I am happy to recommend RSPCA for pet insurance.

Very comprehensive and fair even at the basic level. Was very impressed with my claim refund after an after-hours visit to an emergency Vet. Online portal very easy to use.

Signed my dog up when I got him at 8 weeks and have made a number claims, including major surgery over $2k, medications, doctors check up for illnesses etc and never had any issues claiming. Would highly recommend, great for peace of mind. I went with RSPCA knowing they are an animal welfare organisation and not an insurance company in it for the money.

I felt rushed I would of liked to talk it over with my partner but felt I had to make a decision on spot although we have signed up with RSPCA it was helping a great course

submitted a claim after my dog injured herself and needed stiches. Was able to do it all online and was very quickly (next day) reimbursed for 80% of all costs. Very happy with the service.
was disappointed to read that it's only a percentage of the first year premiums that go to RSPCA though.

Is very good value and I like it because percentage goes back to the rspca for the animals brilliant ! I have not lodged any claim I have only just joined up

This policy is good value, and claims were processed quickly and fairly. The policy is easy to set up. I have just insured my second pet with RSPCA and I would RSPCA to others.

I think the policy is great value and lots of ease in lodging as vet sends off the claim to RSPCA. Insurance is quick to respond. Very happy with this company.

I have recently had to submit quite a few claims for my dog, due to an operation, and problems post surgery, the claims have been paid very quickly, most claim refunds have been deposited into my account within 3 days always quick with payouts and keep me posted on my claims statuses.

Our dogs had to do unexpected scans and claims with RSPCA was quick and efficient. Our vet highly recommended RSPCA for their fast response and handling of the claims. We also received notifications and updates, both via SMS and emails on the progress. We are happy to be with RSPCA Pet Insurance which helped relieve us in times of hardship with our little pups.

We had to rush our puppy to an emergency vet and he stayed overnight, resulting in an eye-watering bill. I put in a claim via the pet portal and it was completed quickly and we received a sizeable amount of our bill back, without any fuss.

Made my first claim and got the expected portion of my vet costs back from my Economy insurance. Took quite a few weeks to complete the whole claim, but that was due to the vet needing to provide invoices to RSPCA Pet Insurance. The Claims Manager was very nice and kept me updated via phonecall and email.

My dog is the poster child for why you need to have RSPCA insurance. Once again he ate a foreign object (kids soft toy thrown over the fence) and needed operation. We did all this safe in the knowledge RSPCA were there.

It was easy to set up, I was very happy to receive the payment to assist in paying the bill.
Staff seem helpful when called, waiting can be a little longer but reasonable, I find it difficult to change my details o the computer as it doesn't accept them.
My 1st and only claim thus far was resolved within 3 weeks,

My dog has an accident with the stairs and dislocated his hip - all of a sudden, it's not considered an accident and they won't pay. Really unhappy with their service

Very easy to manage claims for my doggy that went through extended treatment. Fast turnaround and one less thing to worry about whilst dealing with the emotions of supporting your best friend through difficult times.

I have received a lot of calls from them prior signing up almost too many to be honest however it is a sign of great follow up.

So far so good, it has been easy to set up. Hopefully I will not need to use it. I juts hope I will get regular updates that might be helpful to support the health of my dog

Good coverage although very expensive as my dog ages. The claims process is easy and payment was very quick. The online portal makes checking cover and claiming very simple. I don't like the exclusions for elder dogs, particularly when covered for most of their life with limited claims.

Policy was setup over 2 years ago. My Vet lodged a claim for my dog which I was very happy about & extra happy to receive a reduced Vet bill to pay.

We had to rush our 5month French Bulldog to Sash in North Ryde with a suspected swallowing of glass.
It was stressful and emotional and expensive but because of the insurance that we had in place everything was sorted on the spot, the claim was approved and we only paid a gap, I still not really understand how it all happened but it was such comfort to know that we had this security of insurance and it was processed and approved on the spot and we were able to focus on looking after Billie.
