Wow my first purchase from company I’d never heard of until I was searching for Northface jacket, I have now recommended Rushfaster to friends, ordered Monday arrived Wednesday couldn’t be happier!

I purchased a North Face Recon backpack last Friday. It was delivered on Monday. Can't ask for much better than that. Very pleased with my purchase. It's large backpack that looks compact! Placed an order for a Bellroy Tokyo Totepack Backpack for hubby on a Wednesday and received it this morning. I am most impressed with their communications, the speed of delivery and efficiency in customer service.

I purchased a North Face jacket (great price compared to other stores) and there was a fault with the fabric after washing. The staff members in particular John was so understanding and quick to help me with my enquiry. I needed to return it to the North Face team and John kept me updated on my items tracking and delivery along the way. Unfortunately, I required a refund for the item as it was unfix-able, but the Rushfaster team were quick and prompt in issuing me with my refund.

This is the first time I have purchased a bag like this and I’m impressed. It doesn’t have a huge volume but that’s ok as it fit my essentials (charger, glasses, torch, multi-tool) and I can always carry a fold up shopping bag should I need to carry more.
Bag is really well made, comfortable to shoulder and has taken the No 1 spot of my daily carry bags. Would highly recommend.
