Great phone
I was an iPhone user and my iPhone died with just 1 drop of water on it so I've decided to get the Samsung S9+ which I've used happily for 1 year but I've had some issues with the RAM which was 4GB but when the S9+ was released I've purchased it since it had 6GB RAM and all of my issues has been rectified, very happy, will never go back to iPhone.
The screen size is very good and the camera is second to none, all of my friends are amazed with the quality of the camera, also it's very easy to turn on and off the location service which is a pain when you want to do the same thing in iPhone, phone comes with phone optimizer and the widgets are very handy.

Pretty good phone overall, satisfaction is pretty good. Would reccomend to a friend. Not a bad investment if u have the money. Lots of features and good camera quality. Wish it was a bit less expensive though. Only flaw i can find. Screen replacements cost a lot as well. Happy

A gadget with everything, better than iPhone!!
It's the best phone ever. I have been using iPhone past 8 years and I was very hesitant to switch to android. But I tried and I couldn't be happier. Its got the best camera, best battery life, amazing features that iPhone cannot beat as yet. I highly recommend to those considering to switch to android. You will thank yourself later :)

Great Phone
This is the best phone I have used to date. The screen is large and the sound is great, so it makes it perfect for watching Netflix in bed. Apart from the large Screen and improved sound with dual speaker, there really isn't much notable improvement from my previous Samsung S7. There are a few added features as such as Bixby which is more of a useless gimmick.
One of the biggest drawbacks with this phone is the Bixby button. I find that the Bixby button is very inconvenient as I always accidentally open Bixby when I browsing on the phone. It is quite frustrating.

Samsung heat related S9+
I have been the proud owner of many Samsung Galaxy Phones which are the S6+, S8+ and S9+. However my S9+ developed heat related problem and had internal burn. I have only had my S9+ for 2 months when this problem happened. Samsung told me that my warranty was void and that they would not repair my S9+. Samsung should know better and be more tolerant since the company has a documented history of Samsung Notes devices spontaneously burning. I supported Samsung during its their disastrous Samsung Notes spontaneous combustion, however, Samsung sought to ignore my warranty. As a loyal customer of Samsung I am very disappointed.

Cannot fault it!
Purchased this phone to replace my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Always been a big fan of Samsung phones and the new Samsung S9+ is no exception. The new stereo speakers sounds great for music or video apps. The screen quality looks flawless. Great battery life when using the phone all day long. The camera and new functions create some spectacular images and videos. Very happy with this purchase!

Clunky design and disappointing. People who say this is a good phone, must have rocks in their head
I have been living with this phone for 4 weeks now and just find this phone full of very niggling and annoying intricacies. Not faults, just poor design, or lack of thought, or annoying in your face pretences to help (disguised Samsung horn blowing). Here's a list of my gripes:
- menu button is commonly in the top left corner of the infinity screen. The button is too small and overlaps onto the curve of the infinity screen, meaning it is harder than need be, to get to (for a button used often), it is too small, and I am for ever having t...Read more
o repress the button (sometimes 3 of four times) before I get it. - The "Bixby" button is in a bad position (not to mention Bixby is just an annoying waste of time). Because I use the left handed, I am forever accidentally pressing the Bixby button when I am trying to press the unlock button. The buttons are on opposite sides, but the Bixby button is positioned so that when you hold the phone with your left hand, it is easy to accidentally press it. - Regardless of what people say, Android is not a refined operating system. Compared with polished OS's like Apple and Microsoft which have had decades of experience getting things right, Android comes from free to good home shareware background. So it is full of shortcomings and design flaws, which flow through into the user experience, For instance not being able to display multiple email accounts or open multiple email accounts from the home screen is simply a ridiculous flaw in the operating system. Shortcomings like this should not exist in today's modern world, let alone on a premium phone (and no, widgets are a compromise full of faults with this, so not the answer). - Battery life is barely adequate at best. I cannot get more than a day, and I am forever getting caught and having to panic about low battery. - I find the screen too long and skinny. Personally for me I would prefer if it was shorter and wider. Remember the menu button (along with many other features) is located at the time of the screen. The very long screen makes it even more difficult. A shorter, wider screen is still the same size. I could go on. and on, and on. Just disappointed and don't like it.Similar opinion? I love it!
Just recently upgraded from the Galaxy S7 and I'm in love with it! Nice big phone with a lot of features and great camera quality. Battery life is amazing. The speakers are awesome on the phone (sound is great when watching YouTube videos etc.) Anyone looking to upgrade to a Samsung phone, I highly recommend S9+! (Go for black if you want loads of storage space).

So far the best phone
I have been using mobile phones over 30 years until today when I bought a Galaxy S9+ and finally this is the ultimate in mobile phones. Amazing battery life, great sensitivity on keyboard, sensational camera, unreal picture, looks sexier and the whole package is a step up from others. Dual APP function is the new feature which helps me to deal with different group of people.

Samsung s9+ with express delivery
Samsung promised next day delivery by noon if you place your order by 2pm with express delivery selected (only available for set post codes). I bought the phone outright and got it delivered days later. I could have bought it from a store on Saturday cheaper and received it straight away.
Repeatedly saying "its not our fault its our security system" does not excuse not meeting the promised delivery service.

Samsung S9 Plus: A Landmark in Samsung Mobile Telephones (What I Wanted The S8 Plus To Be)
Intro:
I pre-ordered my handset from Telstra. It came well packed with the free Tab A 8-inch tablet and fast charger. I’ve wanted a small tablet for home and the new fast charger works even faster than the previous version.
Charging Up and Getting Ready for Set-up:
The handset came 86 % charged. I always charge it to full before setting up. It took less than half an hour to get to a full charge.
I then made sure my previous S8 Plus handset was fully backed up via Google, so I could download my apps and settings straight back onto the new handset.

Questions & Answers
Cccasked
I bought a S9+ 256gb last year before reviews on it existed. I then heard Samsung had blocked Call Recording apps from working on it so without ever opening the phone I sold it off losing $400 & went back to the S8+. Is it true Call Recording apps don't work on this handset?

Hi Cory, based on Google’s security policy and local law, Samsung had blocked call recording through 3rd party ACR applications. We truly do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and I will be sure to pass your feedback along.
