Ruud was wonderful. He did a fabulous job and was prompt, professional and helpful. So pleased I took out Schmick membership. App is easy to use and contact from office by email and phone call was trouble free.

This is the third time I’ve had Schmick repairs done on different cars and as expected this last repair is fantastic! Great workmanship and the car looks like new again. Martin the repairer is very friendly and described the works needed then completed them in great time. Very impressed again!

I got the membership with Schmick when I bought my car and it has totally paid itself off already!

I’ve used them a few times to repair wheel scratches and more recently for a scratch in the bumper bar! I am stocked at the results each time and at how friendly the staff are! Super happy to help which is why I will not stop recommending Schmick!!

Pre-arrangements was professionally done plus stages & dates outlined. Repairer was on time & was helpful in identifying scratches. Very knowledgeable & got straight into it. All scratches fixed and cannot be now seen. Did a good job.

I paid for Schmick paint protection for my BMW X3. I have a small - less than a 5c piece bat poop on my bonnet that I cleaned off as soon as I saw it. It has eaten thorugh the paint protection (so it doesn't work) and requires a bonnet respray. Schmick won't cover it.
I also had a small dint in my boot that Schmick would not cover as it looked like it had a tiny fold. I paid for a small local business to come out and do it and it worked a charm.

I WOULD NOT purchase Schmick for any future cars.

Had a technician Daniel his name nice and friendly guy, professional and clean paint work for the front panel, it looks new again, they used last tech to determine the color, preparation was really good before the paint, i will definitely recommend them .

I was very happy with the service provided by Schmick. They sent out Chris who did a phenomenal job. I would recommend anyone to use Shmicks.

Terms and conditions say they will repair stone chips but apparently my stone chips have gotten through the paint so are ‘too deep’? Why do you think it is called a chip? It chips off the paint!

Also wouldn’t repair any scratches, using any excuse ranging from ‘there is rust present’ to ‘the scratch is too long/deep’.

I believe their call centre staff are trained to find any small excuse to get out of doing the repair.

Avoid this product.

Had Simon from Schmick attend our address and fix scratches on 3 alloy wheels on wife's Mini Countryman and also 2 deep scratches in the rear bumper of my Golf R caused when dropped a mower putting into the rear. ALL the repairs were perfect and unless you were aware of the previous damage you would not even know they had been damaged. Thank you Simon from Schmich and Schmick staff for excellent customer service with a smile. Highly recommended.

No response until I called on 14.09.21 and the customer consultant stated that they have been trying to contact me numerous times but the only time I received a missed call was from a mobile number which I have called back but no answer.

14.09.21 - Email confirming repairs is received noting repairs will be at 8 am 22.09.21
22.09.21 - Technician text 7.50 that he will be late for 1.5 hours due...
