How do I contact support or warranty if no one answers the bloody phones ??

My M/B is an ASUS Z590-a, CPU i9 1100k, 64gb Ram, Using Windows 10.
Of the Three M.2 Sockets Only Two of these are available to Create Raid.
And I want at least Four M.2's in Raid0 with the Capability of Installing the O/S in The Raid.
So I have to Add More M.2 Ports to this M/B.
To do this I am open to suggestions However I believe the easiest way would be a PCIE M.2 Expansion Card.
Now I am aware that Cards with their Own Raid Chips may be easier to work with, However they are Quite Expensive.
I have been looking for a Card that would allow the Extra Ports to work with the M/B's Built-in Raid .
I have Ordered a Card from Syba Systems USA, Model SI-PEX40152 https://www.sybausa.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=1052&search=si-pex40152 .
In the meantime I have Tested My M/B to see if an Extra M.2 Port can be Added to my Raid by way of a single pcie m.2 add on card.
Well that card is visible in the bios, with a 970evoplus, and visible in the raid build area but is not available to be used in a raid array.
So I am concerned that my m/b may not allow me to use extra m.2 sockets this way.
Have I missed some setting in the bios that would enable these extra drives.
Or have I gone about it wrong and my m/b simply can't utilize extra drives this way

Hey there, just wondering how I can get in touch with someone regarding my order? It seems all customer service portals are down right now. This mean I cannot speak to a human at either Scorptec or Auspost about my order. My order was shipped out on the 28th, and was sent from VIC to SYD to Pakenham? and the last scan is showing as sorted in VIC. It's been over two weeks now for an express post item that is back where it started, so I was hoping I could get in touch with someone to try and expedite the process and ensure the package isn't sent back to Pakenham again (I live in Sydney).

Purchased for Christmas, played all games so good for about 3 months since March no games will open with out crashing.
Kids are pretty disappointed. Updated all drivers etc. no luck.

Hi,

I requested a refund on the 30/4/2021 via your customer portal. I was advised the following:

"no worries, Brandon. I canceled your order as requested and sent a refund request to our accounts team which should be processed within 24 hours. Once the refund has been processed, it should reflect on your account within 24-48 hours, some financial institutions may take up to 5 business days. Regards, Paulo"

I'm yet to receive my refund and or confirmation that the refund has been processed. Can I please get an update on when I should expect my refund?

I've currently lost $2,600 on a computer build for a client due to this extremely frustrating process.

When I placed my order your website stated that the Graphics card was in stock at the supplier, this obviously was not the case.

I would appreciate a response or even better my money back by ASAP or I will be contacting the ACCC.

I tried to enquiry about my order through online correspondence and messenger. I haven't received a reply from either of them. How could Scorptec shut all the doors after the sales? No phone, no chat and no emails.

I assume there is a bit of delay with the reply but I always got one, have you try the message section in your order section, scroll down, hope that helps.

When I pre-ordered my Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Ti EAGLE, 8GB I was told I would get a delivery estimate once my order was placed. Instead, there is no indication whatsoever of when it will be delivered. It just says "Awaiting Stock Availability". Hi, I had made order which included 3x LianLi12UF1W all of my items have been allocated except 1 of these fans. The eta for this is well into next year. Why are some RTX3060 cards on pre-order turns out 18% more expensive then vendor retail price? Will the final sale price be adjusted or can I get refund without cancellation fees?
