Oren and Michael helped during the sales and pre-installation process, they gave me good brand equipment at a good price. Michael also helped getting documents to me for the Vic rebate and the design details for a council planning permit. The installation itself was top notch - clean and tidy.

As a solar novice, I was very impressed with the advice and support that I received from Smart Energy Answers.
I increasingly feel comfortable that the recommended system was fit for purpose, and I definitely was not”upsold” into a greater capacity system which would have been more expensive.
