I had ordered a fridge cover of this site for my boyfriends birthday present and it had ended up being faulty so I had contacted Snowys customer service team Tuesday night and by Wednesday morning, I had already received a reply to return the faulty item! Ordered & paid for a caravan clothes line, we are in regional Victoria. It wasn't delivered! Contacted Snowys who said they would take care of it with the delivery company, who claimed to have delivered it, but we were home all day & it wasn't delivered. Snowys said there was nothing more that could do.
