Customer service was great and followed things easily on all forms/internet. Spoke with person who explained things really clearly and was tops to consolidate debt with one payment to be paid back.

The customer service team was very good and quick to respond to emails the steps to apply for the loan was easy and fast, no extra cost or hidden fees once loan was approved all the figures were explained or you had to do was accept if you were happy with the offer very happy with outcome thank you society one.

I wanted to consolidate debt and had been put off by the lengthy process of other lenders. I saw the ad on TV and did my own research and applied online. It was so quick and easy and about 30 minutes after the assessor had called, I had an email advising me that I had been approved. The service is unreal. A lot of lenders could do better if they followed suit

Initially I gave a good review and said I'd recommend society one, but now wish i could take it back. Seems if your debt isn't big enough after being conditionally approved and completing everything you get declined and a mark is left on your credit.

I went with Society One after wanting to consolidate cards. Banks etc were not attractive at all then stumbled across an ad for Society One. Since then have not looked back. Quick to set up. Great rates. Borrower has a lot of say in the process. Staff always friendly and helpful. Check them out if you are borrowing or consolidating.

All I can say is thank you Society One you made my loan application so stress free and I have a lower interest rate than my bank gave and I have been dealing with them for 30 years.

I was impressed with the communication from customer service receiving regular texts and emails advising of loan status. I had approval within one business day. After applying online on a Saturday I was informed of the loan being approved just after lunch on Monday. The fact that I am able to repay the loan early without penalties is also very attractive. I would recommend highly this company to anyone who is looking for a unsecured loan.

SocietyOne personal loan advertised interest rates from 7.5%. But once you’ve gone through the ‘obtain a free quote’ process the rates they offered go from 15.3% (much higher than my bank)

Yes, you pick a timeframe within which you intend to complete repayments, but if you want to hasten the process, you aren't slapped with an additional fee. This was an important consideration for me because I am using these funds for tertiary studies. There's also a common-sense approach when they are assessing your application. For example, there was no need to get another letter from my bank confirming I was making regular deposits when it was already recorded right there on my payslips.
