Excellent product, terrific service.
After referral from a relative, initial sales presentation ( by Jordy) was informative and very practical with detailed analysis of the current situation, and estimation of future benefits. The pre -installation planning was easy and the installation carried out as scheduled - on time and without fuss. The installers were pleasant and cheerful. Two post installation calls confirmed that all was OK. A surprise call was made 6 months after installation to check if we were on the best power contract, resulting in a big increase in our 'feed into the grid price.' Thank you Jordy.

Great service and product from the team
Got several quotes from local solar providers and Jordy and the Solar Bright guys were the winner. They provided a larger system for a better price, were flexible and professional and very easy to deal with. We have had the system in for a few months now and haven't had an issue. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

First Rate People, Products and Service
Jordy was brilliant from go to whoa. He really knows his products and didn't pressure us into the priciest option. We were always confident that he was putting our needs before his commission. The installation team was very professional and did a more than tidy job, and Jordy's excellent customer service did not evaporate as can so often be the case with less scrupulous operators. Honest, efficient and professional
Paul and his team at solar bright really stood up to their reputation. They negotiated the price, sent a very professional electrician (thanks Anthony), helped in every stage and delivered as promised even followed up to see how satisfied I am with the service (thanks Thomas). Great service and Best price in the market!
Easy process from sales to installation. The technician installed the solar tube skylight in our bathroom in an hour. Great customer service, easy to deal with. An updated invoice was sent after I contacted them that an extension was installation. The warranty card was also sent to us.
Best price I found in the market. Highly recommended! I will use them again for my next solar tube skylight.

Great service from start to finish
Solar made easy, great service from initial meeting to installation. Highly recommend them and they were very cost competitive as we contacted several different services. They made it easy to understand and didn’t try to sell us more than what we needed.

Wow! Maxbreeze- Should have got this sooner!
Installation was so fast, less than 45min. Maxbreeze has made a huge difference to the inside temperature. Staff really friendly and informative. Would recommend this product and company. Solar power system next on my list. I looked around at others but this was the best with the best guarantee and warranty.

I bought 2 systems within 12 months!
A little slow on keeping informed of installation dates . Installers are very professional and polite .they had the job done in no time .handover from lead installer excellent also helping with set up of sola watch app on our mobil .I wouldn't hesitate telling friends and family to go with them and actually I have .aunty in newcastle getting a system too !

A little slow on staying in touch and organizing an installation date.
Installers very polite, very professional got the job done in no time at all .great handover from leed installer .would, and have recommend to family and friends .aunty in newcastle is getting a system too!

Skylights look fantastic
Had a few skylights and ventilation fitted Monday, I’m so impressed with the customer service, fast installation from James, given false information from another company I rang Solar bright for another quote. would highly recommend solar bright. SolaX installed 17/1/19, inverter stopped working 8 days later
Had SolarPath quote me and SolarBright is the place you contact for support when there is problem. [name removed] informed me on 29/1/19 to send an email & photos to support@solarbright & someone would look at it and get back to me. Friday 2/2/19, no one contacted me, i called SolarBright to ask about my email. It had been received and i spoke with [name removed] this time he asked for more photos of the 3 switches were on, i sent this through. Then Saturday, Thomas rings and says my switch in electrical box is off. I sent through more photos s...Read more
howing it is not off, as indication window on the switch showed green. Then it was established something is wrong with the inverter and we will call you Monday. I did not hear from them and i called them and spoke with [name removed]. Was told either this week or next week they will have technician out. I said almost 2 weeks? He said hopefully not that long but i will call you back. I have been chasing them up to find out a date for technician to fix this. I keep getting told different days. Thursday i was told definitely Friday, if not Saturday by [name removed]. I called on Friday 8/2/19 to find out if technician is coming Saturday and [name removed] tells me i spoke with [name removed] on Thursday and agreed for technician to come on Sunday! A lot of misunderstanding in the office and i am frustrated as i am calling them to get this fixed before my electricity company changes the meter. I would like compensation for the inconvenience. [name removed] said this is an international company and after my inverter is fixed they will let me know who to contact. At the end of conversation with [name removed] i asked for email to confirm that technician will be out no later than Sunday and this was ignored. April 20th 2022 Update: Additional information - In regards to previous review - installation 17/1/19 and 8 days later inverter stopped working Thanks SolarBright for not replying to my last review! Yes i finally got my inverter fixed on the Saturday 9/2/19 after talking with another customer service. Again communication a let down. Your office closes at 2pm on Saturday and i was called back at 1.30pm to say technician would be there in an hour. I waited to 5.25pm and no technician showed up. I went out and came home about 6.15pm and technician was here fixing inverter. All working well except my electricity company won't install my new smart meter. If your meter board is asbestos, no one lets you know this need to be replaced at the owner's expense. This is an additional $2500 -$3000 on top of your solar system. My electricity company will not install a smart meter to receive FIT unless the asbestos is removed. Thanks to SolarPath not letting me know when they looked at my meter board and all the electricity companies not asking this question over the phone. Plus the sales person from SolarPath was to show me how the app worked after my smart meter went in. He has not contacted me or helped with this problem of the smart meter. Have two fans on the roof,working well,slight problem with second one but easy fix,most certainly gets rid of the roof heat,noticeable at night,and quiet, all in all worth the money,unlike some other brands,I have one on the greenhouse where I can't hear it.

You guys installed a 6.5KW system at my house 6 months ago . I am concerned about how hot the Solax inverter becomes especially on hot days. It becomes too hot to touch for more than about 10 seconds. Its on the inside wall in my garage so its always shaded. Is this normal? Allan from Prestons.

The product for for Bal-29 is made of metal including the fleshing plus it has mesh guard for preventing debris from entering

Each company will quote differently depending on the brand / type of panels they have to offer which could range from entry level panels (which many people get without any issues) to a higher end product.
It's not a case of "one size fits all" which is why you need an on site quote so the Rep can look at your roof, orientation and discuss what it is you want to achieve.
