I am elderly and not good at technology. Jodi Bernard helped me through every hurdle, so kindly, so happily. The men who did the work were clean and polite and totally a pleasure. But Jodi was just exceptional. I felt I could ask her anything and she was only too happy to help me. She was just wonderful.

Quote was easy to understand and didn't try to hide costs by offsetting STCs or the Vic rebate (so it was easy to with other quotes, other providers not so).

I had a couple of non-standard requirements (the need to install a new fuse board and to keep an existing power monitoring system). Which the handled without any dramas

They were happy to explain what they were going to do and how.

They were very tidy with the way they worked and cheerful and polite.

For the paperwork side of things to apply for the Vic rebate and to get the feed in tariff, they were helpful and made if clear what we need to do .

The consultant (mostly on the phone, but later on site, too) was very knowledgeable and explained with patience the different options that were important for me (being able to run loads, such as our Sanden Hot water system, with excess solar power; getting a battery ready system) and proposed a good system at a good price. Installation went without hick-up (despite our 6m high roof), and everyone was very friendly and happy to explain things as they went along.

We had some panels already installed, and I wanted to update the install and put in a battery. Eventually, I want to get to grid-neutral capabilities and the ability to get grid (and/or bill) credits eventually.

Chris updated the older panels to incorporate the newer panels, and the new inverter now manages them perfectly!

In late March 2020 after looking at many solar installers, I selected SolarHub to install a 6.6Kw solar system in Bateman's Bay; which took place in early May.

Finally, after a long delay, initially due to the short supply of the Fronius inverter and then the panels not being available (because of the Corona Virus and imports from China) my Solar system has been installed.

Really great process from start to finish. During quotation, listened to what I wanted and developed a package to suit. Really good communication in between signing the contract and the install date which included accommodating a change of date requested on my behalf. On the install day, arrived on time, really good discussion around best orientation to suit our location and listened to any concerns we had, extremely tidy job, picked up and removed all rubbish, bits of wire etc. Highly recommended.

Dealing with Chris at SolarHub was very straightforward and he is an extremely helpful person. SolarHub upgraded our panels due to supply problems from China due to coronavirus and the installation was done on time but when we were away due to a family illness. What makes me even more keen to give them 5 stars is the way they dealt with two 'problems'. Firstly, the inverter was installed in the wrong place.
