Navigation ok on app but like it better via safari. Range of products ok but not all the products I usually get were available. Have been very satisfied with all the products I have received

Range of products is fine but the returns policy is unsatisfactory if you suspect you have a received a product that is counterfeit or past its use-by date. My order arrived in a damaged box and smelled like it was off.
