Summits has recently completed the construction of two properties for us in Falcon, ahead of time and slightly below budget.

Given it's often only negative feedback that seems to permeate Australian businesses, I want the market to know that my wife and I are really impressed with the final products. Good quality, well presented and finished. Staff (sales, Supervisors, administration) have all been accomodating, efficient and easy to deal with (I'm always on the lookout for good customer service).

I highly recommend them.

We have built homes throughout our lives with 6 builders and have found Summit one of the best. Astor D'Rozario's practical, insightful planning resulted in an extremely unique home within our budget. We are delighted to live in a functional, stylish home. We started our communications with Summit this time last year and from the start we knew we were in good hands.
We were kept informed every step of the way during the drafts of our floor plans and beyond into our Prestart, and now Preconstruction. This was our first build so we knew that we needed someone we could trust, someone who would explain the process every step of the way and answer our questions - however ‘basic’ they may be. Summit have gone above and beyond for us, especially our site supervisor, Royce, in particular.
We have been so impressed and would not recommend building with anyone else and are both so excited to see how build grow throughout construction.

We are 3 days away from 1st of September 2020.
Contract was signed in September 2022.
Land settled in May 2020.
Since then, nothing!
Sales rep quit the job soon after.
As a result, we are forgotten;
Every little single step, every question takes a month or two to be resolved or answered.
Complains fall on deaf ears!
We have already paid 4 months of interest on loan, council rates, amenities, the equivalent of $800/month, and we are paying $1820/month in rent, and yet there is still no sign from Summit of starting this build.

Tim was more like a friend than a salesman. We met him at a very exciting time that later turned into a difficult time with the loss of my husband before the home was finished. The whole team were there for me during a very emotional journey. Any issue was dealt with and I wasn't stressed at all. Even now when I have issues Tim and Summit are there to help me. I feel at peace being in the home we built together.

Make sure you have a good building inspector inspecting your property thoroughly before you finalize the payment.
The building contract was not fulfilled - unfortunately, we found out it later...
Plumbing had numerous issues;
Leakage marks in the main lounge area ceiling - balcony? roof?
Power outlets not working, down lights to be fixed,
and many more to list...

My home was handed over 6 months and today morning I have notice the front door glass is cracked.
I approached the maintenance team to get it repaired and they have advised me to contact the Insurance Company.
Its a new door and the maintenance team responded that the door was OK at the time of Installation.
This is the third or fourth time I am facing difficulty with the after sales support team...
The reason I have choosen summit homes for their quality and service,but in realty it is worse.....
Be careful guys will choosing summit homes........
The Only good thing with the summit Homes is their sales team and they are good in making you conviced with all fake promises....

The build is complete and we are extremely happy with our new Summit home! In the early stages we put a lot of effort into finding the right building company for us and it all started with a chat to Glenn in the Ikara Display home. We really appreciated his friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth advice. Glenn was patient and worked with us to create a house design that met our many needs. Thank you Glenn!
The actual build itself has been almost effortless from beginning to end and completed in a timely manner. There were a couple of hiccups...

Summit built us a custom home from our own design. Tim and Jase were very understanding of our delays and repeated changes to our plans. Tim suggested some excellent features to add to our home which have been commented on by many. Glen was very easy to work with during the construction process.

Tim Quinlivan has been extremely helpful with my queries and has been with me through pre and during construction. He helped me with the planning of the house and was mindful of small details. I am happy so far with the progress and quality of the build and I am glad that the final cost of the build is close to what I had originally wanted.

We decided to go on the journey of sub-diving our block to create 2 green titles back in 2017. It took 2 years of to-and-fro with WAPC and local council to finally get the result as we had a minor shortfall in frontage required and I am thrilled to say we are now almost at lock-up with the first Summit home. We started off buying an irregular shape block of land as dollar per sqm it was a bargain. Which in hindsight was a bonus as well, as some project builders don't want to get creative and match a suitable, custom lay out house to match the lay out of the block. Michael Klaver from Summit was one of the few sales reps that listened and the only rep that created something we liked. Some small modifications were made to get the initial design just the way we wanted and Summit was helpful all the way.

We just moved in few weeks ago and I will like to commend our construction supervisor Jamie McDonald and his team, and especially our sales rep Michael Klaver for their professionalism, services and dedication. The construction experience has been amazing from the start; from the recommendations we received during the design phase to handling of issues during the construction phase. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and build quality and will definitely recommend Summit to any home owner.

Understanding the build process is complex and has many moving parts, each of which need to be executed in a coordinated approach in order to achieve a beneficial outcome. We expect to have key handover in the coming days and wanted to thank the team for an overall positive experience.

I’m just over 2 years after the build and sumitt homes after build support is second to none, cracks have just been repaired and repainted, the painting crew were absolute professionals, I smile when I read all these bad reviews of other builders and think what a good choice I made going to Sumitt Homes,

We are currently close to lockup with our second Summit build. This time our block was an unusual size and required a custom design to maximise the space. Our sales rep Tim Quinlivan was amazingly helpful in getting our dream off the ground. Great advice and always available to assist.

Our build was managed so far fantastically, we are updated often on updates on our house. Pretty much close to getting to lockup now.

Can not recommend more! Very Professional company from start to finish. Todd Reid was my Building consultant and designed the perfect home and came in on budget. contracts was superfast with no surprises. Prestart went well and my home got to site quickly. John Rees was my Supervisor and ensured the build went seamless and produced a high quality home for me. Very Happy!

So far so good. The beginning was a really fun process; we worked with Tim to design a property that would suit us as a family and be within our budget. There was a similar display home that Tim managed to adapt to suit our block and lifestyle which was fantastic. We are so happy with our build so far. We had the pleasure of building through Summit with Brendan Shugg as our site supervisor. I purchased a home and land package to avoid stress of buying these separately.
Unfortunately, Summit did not deliver on expectations.
I have built three homes one with Red Ink Homes, Ross North Homes and Summit. All other builds were on time, within expectation and on budget EXPECT Summit.
Key issues that I have had with Summit include:
The build start was delayed by THREE months due to the title not being transferred by Summits settlement agency. This cost me an EXTRA THREE months’ rent.

‘Trust is our proudest achievement’. I beg to differ. Based on my experience, trust and integrity are sorely lacking. The behaviour, based on my experience, seems to be blatant profiteering. There has been absolutely no basis for some of the numbers and/or variations they have attempted to send through. If you decide to go with them, or are currently with them, I suggest you go over everything with a fine-tooth comb! Perhaps even get a professional second opinion - particularly if you have doubts.

We decided to go with Summit homes for our first home. Our design consultant was Zac Morrow and he was transparent, thorough and patient with us throughout the design stage. Although we started with Zac late in the design process in comparison with other builders we were already working with, he had very valuable insight that helped us get what we wanted for our first home regardless of how long it took and at a good cost.
Our prestart was very professionally handled. Our contract administrator, Cerys was very knowledgeable of the process which made prestart a breeze. Thanks to Zac, Cerys and everyone at Summit. Much appreciated.
