I can NOT get the bowl off of my brand new read Sunbeam mix master - is it meant to be as simple as turning it anti clockwise? It will NOT budge. Not happy

Hi, yea it should come of while turning anti clockwise unless it stuck. I would take it back to the retailer. This cafe series is troublesome.
I've also noticed the bowl can be hard to remove, but it should lift off by turning it firmly anti-clockwise. Give it a gentle back and forth treatment and see what that does. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
Thanks everyone, I swapped it at the store, since it was never used, am about to open the replacement and hope that I don't have further trouble with this model :)
