Do Not Use Shop Around
Charged well over quote. Was quoted $99 call out plus cost of parts. Total bill was $340. Checked parts prices on E-Bay, overcharged by at least $150. Told will have 2 years warranty on parts and when I received invoice it stated 1 year warranty.

Dishonest company with bad customer service
I placed an online order, that I didn't receive. When I asked for a refund I was told there is no refund because it is not our fault that you haven't received your purchase. I then left them negative feedback because of their bad customer service, only to be contacted weeks later form the company owner asking me to review the feedback. I agreed and asked if I could be sent out the item I never received for free ( value $13 ). Owner said yes, and when I asked when I would receive it, I was told to stop contacting him

Worst Tradesman I Have Ever Dealt With
I would love to post the name of the tech that I am referring to from sydney appliance services but I dont think this will let me . As an owner of a medium size sydney business with 25 staff we deal with different tradespeople everyday, this guy has been the worst I have ever dealt with in my past 45 years as a business owner.
Where do I start unreliable, dishonest, do not return phone calls, do not reply to emails.

I called this service a week ago. I received quick on time and super excellent service. The repair technician was knowledgable and courteous. Indeed it was a great job! I would highly recommend them.

Don’t use this service
The manufacturer I bought my fridge from uses this company. I am still waiting for a repair almost 3 weeks after the manufacturer raised the service request with them. The company did not indicate when they would fix it, and I have had to follow up multiple times with the manufacturer in order to get updates about when I can expect the repair. I could not get through to this company myself using their listed contact details, and they did not call me to advise of any delays or when they could fix it. rmed that it will take another week before it will be repaired (which will be almost a month without a functioning fridge). This company’s level of communication is terrible, the customer service is poor, and the delays have caused significant inconvenience. Better get AIRTASKER
Decent service, as per booking etc.. however I just got overcharged for the labour - he did it to be exact in 38min ( so 4x $200 and I got charged $100 which is for 50mins ... Dude we all have watches and can count..
Next time I will choose a person with good reviews from AIRTASKER and pay less

No stars would be better.
This company is just full of bull dust. The actual servicemen are okay, but they just muck you around in the office. I have had so many reschedules (this time and last time) and funnily enough when I get a bit cranky they squeeze me in (oh so kind) and then on the day (waiting patiently at home) I get a call "sorry we have to reschedule as the repairman has had to go home sick" - yep got that exact same excuse twice on two different repair calls and funnily enough both Fridays. Once maybe, but twice with the exact same wording - yeah right. They are crap. I have contacted my cook top manufacturer to tell them to send me out another repair company and have told the manufacturer about my abysmal experiences with this company.

Repeatedly incompetent, unhelpful and plain rude
I can only echo the negative reviews about our experience with this company. Why top stores and appliance brands use them for installation work is beyond me. Start with arrogant and rude. After the glitz and glamour of buying a $2,200 dishwasher inc $150 for installation. from a showroom, their precious wimpy delivery installers refused to install it THREE times! One did not even bring a screwdriver or tape measure and said 'you could install it yourself!!!'

Worst appliance repair experience -EVER!
Called them to fix my Samsung fridge. Turned up and ‘fixed’ the leak charging me $190 for the privilege. After a few days realised that the ‘fix’ hadn’t been done properly and gave them a call. They promised to turn up on a weekday, even confirming a time on the day. I took leave from work and stayed back. They never came and never provided me any warning or reason. When I called them to chat, i kept getting directed to their voicemail. I tried again the following day and left a msg saying I was very disappointed. Still no reply. Finally, i called them using a different number...however, as soon as they realised it was me, they hung up and transferred me to voicemail. The worst service ever. Avoid 1300798266...just not worth it!

They don't refund - Stay away
I order a dishwasher part, they sent the wrong part so I called first to send back. After sending back the part (at my own expense) they didn't contact me. After a few phone calls and emails that got no where I am taking this to the small claims tribunal. Everyone effected by them should do the same.

Terrible - don't go to them!!!
I agree with all the preceding. They completely scammed us. We called them asking if they would be able to repair our oven. Someone came to our apartment, had a quick look, and said that an element needs to be changed. He then said that he'd let us know how much it would cost to repair. They came back with a figure, and we thought it was too expensive, so declined the service. Well WE GOT CHARGED ANYWAY! Don't give them your credit card details!! This is soooo important. NO PRE-APPROVAL, NO PRE-AUTHORISATION. This place is a total scam.

Avoid using this company - It took them four attempts on four separate days to install a washing mac
I recently bought a new washing machine from Winnings and it was delivered and installed by Sydney Appliance Centre. The next day the delivery people from Sydney Appliance Centre arrived and told me they didn't have my washing machine, it had been delivered to someone else. They came the following day with my machine but couldn't install it properly because they didn't have the right pipe. After the weekend they came again. would need to come a fourth time. They can only tell you when they are coming on the day and give you a half day window so you end up having to take a day off work every day they come. In the end it was four days off work to have a washing machine delivered and installed. Very poor customer service, very frustrating and completely disrespectful of my time. Awful - Stay Away!!!
Terrible service, doesn't return calls. Charged call out fees, didn't even fix the problem. After paying a lot of money and finally getting him in to 'fix' the oven, the whole power of the unit blew when the oven was turned on, and he has not returned any calls since. Have now had to buy a new oven as no phone calls are being returned at all.

No customer service
Have been trying to contact these people for a while now via their website enquiry and email. I have had no response at all. All I needed was a repair, but no-one has had the decency to respond to any of my correspondence or get back to me with a quote or to book a time/day for repair. How they can say they are Sydney's best fridge and washing machine repairs is beyond me and also their email starts with 'service'. What a joke!! Wouldn't touch these people if they offered me a "service" for free.

Stay away of this service if you can !
Our Bosh washing machine stopped working after just over 2 years. We thought we are lucky that we took extended warranty and called Winning Appliances and they directed us to Lumley Insurence( by the way is the worst company that I dealt with). Unfortunately Lumley insurence provides their repairs through Sydney Appliance Repairs. The technician came last Wednesday . He advised me to take my washing to neighbours when I wasn't happy that it will take them 10 days to come back. Absolutely terrible. Do not use this one horse company!
I decided to use this company in order to support a local owner operator...what a mistake! I paid $250 for the first visit and repairs. The owner was very unprofessional. He spent the entire 20 minutes in our laundry taking multiple personal calls, talking at the top of his voice, while we waited in the next room.
