Damien (Penrith Store) couldn't do enough to help with accurate Advise and Super Package deals. Seriously, he took the burden out of having to shop around and find someone honest to deal with. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Don't waste your time, just go see him.

Arrived near closing time, they were rude. Decided to order scaffold suddenly all friendly. Go to pick it up after they were going to deliver and didn't. Get there and they don't even help load it and watch me and the wife load it!

We have bought many tools here, but needed to buy something unfamiliar, after doing our research at a few stores ( who one of was very happy to speak poorly of your store) Damien was able to get us what we needed. Damien also rang me at 7:30 the next morning worried we had made the wrong choice. Turns out we had bought exactly what we needed. You will not get that kind of personal care at any other store. thank you Damien.
