I purchased this mattress as it was one of their new releases. Within few years I have wrecked my back and have just baught a firm mattress. This may be suitable for side sleepers as the shoulders are not pressed. But provides no support. My advise stay away.

lovely mattresses..no pressure point,no heat issue....i dont know why people complain about it....but only TEMPUR not any ordinary memory foam mattress..five star to TEMPUR....adjustable is also great...i will recommend to everybody

My husband and I had our eyes on this mattress for months. Ended up ordering it when it was 30% off RRP. A few days after ordering I decided to read the reviews on here- which scared me! A lot of negative reviews didn't give me positive hope that we'd made to correct decision. However we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We love our mattress. We turn it (head/toe) every 6-8 weeks as per instructed by the HN salesmen. The mattress wasn't hard to start with like people have complained about. I think people just like to complain and a majority of the time those who leave a review are doing just that. We highly recommend this mattress! We think it's worth its weight in gold!

I had pain from whiplash and a shoulder injury for over 3 years. Wish I'd bought this mattress sooner. I don't have to take pain killers before sleep and I don't have to get up in the night for more. It is worth every last penny! Cannot sleep without it. If you have any sort of pressure pain on your body, don't hesitate. Buy it!!!

I never have back pain before, after sleeping on it for 1 night I have back pain. This is an expensive mistake at $3899, what a disaster. Way too soft. Felt good in the store because only a short time but does not work for real sleep.

After looking at beds off & on for the past years, we finally purchased a Cloud Supreme 29 & are both very happy! It's summer here at the moment and the heat I have heard people complain about hasn't been an issue, which is great, as we are both get hot generally. Couldn't recommend this highly enough! It is so worth the money, after all, you spend a lot of your life in bed.

Do not buy. I tried the one in the shop and then received my mattress. I was so disappointed, it was nothing like the one in the shop, it is so hard and uncomfortable. My back and hips are so sore. I contacted Tempur, and there is apparently nothing they can do. Most reputable companies offer a one month comfort guarantee, but not Tempur, what a rip off!! I have had to buy an extra memory foam topper as I was in so much pain. Waste of money!

Waste of money, had the cloud 21 delivered this morning. It wasn't like the one I tried in downtown I opened it up to see what it was like on the inside no different to the 99 pound memory foam one I used to have sorry people your just paying for the name and nothing else. I called the store and now waiting on my deposit back they have picked the mattress up. Hell will be get loose if I don't get my money back. Don't waste your money buy a good firm mattress with a memory foam topper it will cost you less than half

We saved and researched beds and decided on a tempur, I wake up feeling like an old woman every morning, my whole body aches, I sleep in hotels regularly for work my back gets better then I come home to a painful nights sleep. We are unfortunately selling it even tho we haven't paid it off in full yet

We spent a longtime researching the vast array of mattresses all stating they are the best. We setteled on a Tempur despite reading some negative reviews. We have never been so happy and comfortable. Yes, they do have a different feel ..but wonderful. Our salesman Ricky at Harvey Norman in Mandurah was very knowledgeable and didn't mind spending time with us. Thanyou Ricky, you're a real asset to H.N. Mandurah.

After having our original tempur queen mattress for 10 happy years we decided to upgrade to a split king in the Cloud Breeze 27cm with the motorised base. Best thing we ever did, we are both extremely happy with the upgrade. There is a very noticeable gap between the mattresses when laying down but it doesn't bother us. Tempur mattresses are a very personal thing, I would strongly recommend you try a few times before you buy.

Don't waste your money. Our mattress is rock solid 7 weeks after buying it. The shop and Tempur say this is because the cells have to open up. They haven't after 7 weeks so far and it is the most uncomfortable mattress you could imagine. Absolute disgrace. Dont fall for the ones in the shop as they are nothing like the product that is delivered. They even admit that themselves !

We bought tempur bed with bases that go up and down, the basic ones, floor stock...but after I have suffered a lot with pain in back, legs, neck...every day I wake up in this bed .,I thank God,,,,it is the best ..I love my bed ....hubby took longer then me to get used to bed as you can't jump on bed and does not bounce but even he now says how awesome is the bed...we have had the bed now for 6 months ...,and are in paradise ...

We bought a cloud 31 from domanyne QV. We had problems with the mattress so it was replaced with a supreme mattress and they we absolutely hate the product. The foam is cheap and sags in so my husband and I often roll into the middle. It doesn't breath very well and I often get neck pain. We are getting rid of it after having it for 1 year.

Love how the mattress conforms to your body. You are not disturbed when your partner moves. Body temp remains comfortable. Also love the tempur pillow we received as a bonus. And I'm very fussy. I have a lower back injury and I'm waking up pain-free. Even happier because we got it half price.

We bought our tempur 3 years ago, we were very happy for two years, but now there is no more comfort, there is a dint from where you sleep and it stays like a hammock you always roll down the dint, you can feel my husband and my body shape in the mattress. We are 63,85kg very normal weights. We rang and complained, we had custumer service at our house but no one got back to us, we have been advised, didn't you know to turn you mattress every month 180", let me tell you the mattress is very heavy and I'm sure no one told me to regular turn it as a bought it, they have just a lazy excuse for everything and the 19 year warranty is a lie .

Bought split king mattresses, Cloud Deluxe 22 for me and Sensation deluxe 22 for my husband, both so happy, love these mattresses. Had a water bed for years that we loved, then bought an expensive gel flex bed that we both hated, have had our Tempur mattresses for about a month and best decision ever. So comfortable, so much cooler than our gel flex mattress (supposedly the coolest mattress possible), no partner disturbance, absolutely perfect. Love the lower height too, looks great, nothing to fault, best purchase we have ever made.
