Ordered a Braun 790 cc on 17th Sep and a parcel arrived on 20th. Opened the parcel and found out they sent a cheap philips shaver. Sent an email but no reply. Had to ring them up.

They asked me to send the wrong one back and promised that I would get the right one earlier week. Haven't heard nothing from them till tues (27th of Sep) and I had to contact them. Went on the website and opened the chat box and asked a full refund. Now I got the money back. Avoid this dodge hopeless seller in every way. I will never shop nor recommend to anyone!

Deceiving. Terrible customer service.

I tried for 4 days to get a reply via email and ended up cancelling the order. They would not tell me if it was sent or out of stock, so I suspected this to be a shonky store, and felt the only alternative was to cancel.
Then I got a reply saying it was to be despatched that day.
I certainly would not reccomend this store.

NO service

They play the game where they set the item price to be cheapest on the net but shaft you with postage. Paid nearly $200 postage for an item early this month and it has still not arrived. I expected a few days turn around when I'm paying courier postage rate. Poor customer service, will not return calls, will not give ETAs. Do they even have the item in stock to sell to me? No problems taking my money though.... Will never buy from them again. Will escalate to fair trading if I cannot get a response this week.

Ordered a Breville pie maker three weeks ago.
Paid by PayPal.
Nothing heard from AW.
Sent an inquiry a week ag.
Unanswered.
Another inquiry today.
I don't think the pie maker is even available in Australia until next year!

No communication

Ordered item - 10 days later, no notifications whatsoever. Took 3 attempts at contacting them to get an answer. Then told item unavailable for at least a month....Although it states on website if item is unavailable you will be contacted within 72 hours

Ordered a product on 04/09/2011. Still had not been processed as of 16/09/2011.
Product still not received. Had to ring them and only got an answer phone. No contact address given. Be careful in deciding to spend your money with this mob!
