Amanda gives me honest and valuable advice. She now has a good idea what we like but is still able to make the occasional recommendation based on that knowledge. being able to talk to an experienced person who truly has an interest in not only the wines but on my satisfaction as well. From memory i think we have only returned on purchase and that could as easily have been my choice as hers. Not a bad average! Would (and have) recommend Australian Wine (and Amanda) to anyone interested in sound advice based on excellent product choices.

Re mixed reds
Some wines are better than others.
Most are good wines, a few are really excellent! we will keep a couple of bottles to age.
We like to order these mixed cases because we get to drink reds we would not normally be exposed to. So, it's fun!

Like getting it delivered and the choice we have had from Australian wine we have been getting wine for sometime now and are very satisfied with the quality of the wine

Service and delivery is good. I think that delivery costs are excessive, particularly if you buy more than one carton. Product is reasonably competitive with Dan Murphy being my benchmark (excluding delivery costs).

I don't know much about wine and have a limited income so don't like wandering around bottle shops as I either don't know the wine, don't like it or its price. I have never been disappointed with wines from the Oz delivered to my door at reasonable prices.

The Australian Wine co allows me to speak directly with the same salesman who takes the time to understand and supply the wines I enjoy in a timely manner in the price range I can afford.
Reasonable quality wines at reasonable prices with consistent timely delivery

Wine quality from recognised producers at a fair price. The ever increasing No of emails (often daily) have become annoying and am seriously considering transferring to other online retailers. A monthly catalogue of offerings in keeping with the original sales process would be far more reasonable. I am aware of the company and am quite capable of reviewing their wines if and when I wish to make a purchase.

The Wines I have received so far have been good quality and easy drinking, the Pricing suits my Budget and always there are Discounted Wines to choose from.
I had some early Delivery Issues but that has been Sorted now.

We have enjoyed the variety and haven’t had a bad bottle yet. Definitely great value for the money. Makes filling our wine cabinet so easy - especially handy while we’re staying home!

Have loved the great range of countries, variety, blends, put into my cases each time with super delivery speed. And love that there in no hidden fees/ memberships drawn from your account unexpectedly. Great offers that you can afford very happy.

The wines are good, website is easy to use and they have some great specials. If you have any questions customer service is quick to respond and help you out.

Most of the labels are unknown but the quality is usually pretty good. middling quality but then the price point is quite low. So no complaints. I have a regular delivery and it is easy to cancel a delivery if needed. The choice of Champagne type of wines is poor and the quality also. Reds choices are very good.

Website is easy to navigate, contact by phone is easy and most helpful. Willing to consider alternatives and wine is delivered promptly. Good option to be able to pay an annual no shipping fee.

The wines chosen by us are very enjoyable And suites us Australian wines seem to be able to accomodate what we want and that is the reason we chose them.

Have never been disappointed with the range of wines sent - always delivered to the front door and always in a minimum of time - have tried other wine clubs before and am totally satisfied with this one.Very good value for money.

I've been with the Australian Wine Club now for years. I have always found the wine to be really good; the people I deal with to listen and to always be responsive and for the information I receive, whether it be about the wine or the delivery details to be spot-on.

The Australian Wine system suits me fine as there is a wide range of products offered at reasonable prices. Delivery is good. Their policy of allowing a return of unsatisfactory product is effective. I had a bad one and they took back the rest of the dozen (11 by then) and refunded me without a quibble.

Simplifies purchase at good discounts with prompt delivery. The mix of wines generates some interesting tastings and introduces brands and grape varieties we wouldn’t normally try.
This does lead to one criticism, the inability to subsequently order more of the wines we like.

My Australian sparkling white case was delivered with the two types recommended. I'm pleased because they're a little different from the mainly Taswegian ones I normally purchase (and have done again since). Both are Complex, and one is a little brooding...
