I have read some of the reviews about problems with receipts. I had no trouble... receipt within two hours of purchase through email. I like the website but find you need to pick exactly what you want before looking.

Have bought several items from this store (mainly whitegoods - fridge, washing machine, etc..) and been very impressed with service, help and price. I live in Melbourne and have always.tried to phone to check price and availability for Melbourne as on site is accurate. Always less than 4 days and no delivery charge.
Not had a problem yet but I like to talk to someone over the phone and be reassured.
