I think there is a good range in store but could definately use a little bit more as ring sizes i always need to order, The wait isnt usually very long though.

I lost my Thomas Sabo "forget me not" locket which was purchased 9 years go, it was a solid, heavy high quality silver locket which I absolutely LOVED, so I thought I would purchase another one that was similar. I ordered the sterling silver Dove locket which was similar in shape etc but was really disappointed in the quality. It was very thin light weight, not solid like a previous one, also smaller in size which was deceiving, the quality DID NOT reflect the price that I paid.

We buy the charms for my mother's bracelet we were very happy with the variety of charms at a very good price. We buy charms all the time from you guy.

I think prices are getting more expensive than gold. Only purchase if item I like is on sale. Concentrate more on men’s collection of jewellery rather than women as they have larger range than men.

Just wanted to share how much I appreciated the service I received at Thomas-Sabo's Westfield Doncaster store. The sales assistant was patient and helpful. I had selected a number of items online but wanted to see them in person before making my final decision. It was a good thing as you don't appreciate the size or lack of until you see it.

The sales assistant did not rush me, offered alternatives and most importantly listened to what I wanted.

The range varies and sometimes there are things that really attract me and at other times not. The quality is good but I found the beaded bracelets break after time. They should invest in something more robust or offer a re-stringing service..preferably free of charge. Pricing can be expensive. I love sliver but silver is the most economical form of a semi precious metal and sometimes I need to look elsewhere for silver jewellery because of the price range.

I really love the design of the jewellery, it’s made really well and looks great when worn. The price is reasonable for the quality of the workmanship. It’s one of only small number of brands that offer an alternative to boring mainstream jewellery.

Very disappointed as the ring delivered to me is at least 2 sizes too big (using your on-line Size Guide). - I ordered a size 54. I will now have to try finding a jeweler who can hopefully resize it at a reasonable extra cost. Otherwise the ring is lovely.

Beautiful pink shade of rose gold. Not orangey like some kinds. So pleased, paired with a silver chain. The free engraving was beautiful. Ordered Thursday morning received pendant on Friday afternoon

The range and quality were great. Took me a while to find the perect earrings. There were no unexpected costs and my parcel arrived on time. Easy to order online.

I like the design and products. The products price is affordable too. Unfortunately my rose gold bracelet colour has changed and can't be cleaned or nothing can be done to restore its original colour. It is a pity when I paid more for it than silver or gold bracelet.

I was so upset as I went into another jewellery store prior walking into Thomas Sabo in Rundle mall and they gave me the worst customer service until I walked into Thomas Sabo I had a great experience and bought exactly what I needed

Love all the items and shop both in ADELAIDE and Melbourne. Great service and usually a little something else thrown in with purchases. Don’t watch out for specials necessarily as I buy items for particular times such as birthdays etc. great stuff!
