Very pleased with the prompt service and delivery of my beautiful Mother's day special gift Y necklace and charm bracelet. Unfortunately the necklace broke on the third outing, only 2 charms attached. So that was disappointing.

i just LOVE everything I have ordered through the Thomas Sabo on line store...they are so quick and no nonsense. True to description ....the quality and price are great as well.

I love a lot of what Thomas Sabo does and I have a lot of pieces in my collection. I mainly buy most of my pieces when there's a promotion or sale as Thomas Sabo jewellery may not necessarily be great value for money at full price. I like to buy the more expensive heavier pieces but find that they're not normally available in Australia and shops won't order them unless I pay up front. It would be great if your flagship store in Sydney would stock all the pieces in its entirety. BTW, So far I love what I've seen in the Rita Ora Collection overseas. I do hope ALL of it comes to Australia.

The product selection was fantastic, modern & very different from run of the mill jewelry available elsewhere. Staff were a tremendous help, had many ideas & suggestions, especially as I went in very undecided on a purchase. Can’t fault service or product, wish more companies put this much time & effort into their businesses.

Items ordered were exactly what I needed. Prompt service, will use the online store again. Wish that you can get rings in larger sizes for Women though. Otherwise great products.

I only wear Thomas sabo jewellery. It is the best stylish design and staff in the Adelaide city store go above and beyond to help. I usually wait for the sales as I find it rather expensive.

I purchased a number of Thomas Sabo karma beads and I love them. They are exquisite in design and well priced.
The beads arrived fast and were perfect, I think it took longer for me to decide where they would go on my bracelet than it did for for them to arrive at my door.
I am a regular customer and will continue to be so.

The pendant ring broke, even though the pendant is quite heavy the ring is too slim and weak. Cannot fit the necklace and need another attachment to wear with the necklace.

Service is amazing and great quality products. Never disappointed when i purchase a product. Just wish i could afford to buy more lol. Original and elegant keep the new designs coming.

I purchased a locket and it had a fault after wearing it twice I returned it and wasn’t happy with the result. Marea dealt with me and I didn’t find her very friendly

I love all my charms, love the range and I love the turnaround times. Not a fan of quality though. Two charms have since broken other than that all good.

I was given a ring for Christmas. Within hours of wearing it it was pointed out to me that it was bent out of shape. I’ve been wearing rings for many years without any such issues. I certainly hadn’t felt anything hurt my finger to make me think my ring was being damaged.
I paid to send it back. They said excessive force had been placed on it. I hadn’t felt it bend, so am guessing it was just a cheap piece of metal. I definitely would not recommend the quality of the Thomas Sabo products if they can be damaged without you even knowing.
