I bought three Brio train items from Toot Toot Toys and they were posted on the same day. I phoned the store with a query and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store - great service, friendly staff and great products - equals happy customers.

I purchased a scooter from Toot Toot toys and was pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service, particulrly during the run up to Christmas. I'm happy to support an Australian small business and would purchase again from them in the future.

I have purchased three times now from toot toot trains and every time it was a very pleasant experience.
In my last order one of the items was not available. They called immediately and resolved the issue totally to my satisfaction. I have had a bad experience with another toy supplier and was hesitant to purchase on line again, but toot toot toys have restored my confidence.

Fortunate enough to be visiting melbourne and on my usual lego hunt. Went to toot toot toys to find sets i havnt seen in the big dept stores, and prices very very good ( some sets the cheapest ive seen), service was excellent... The shop has a cafe and play area at the back and wish i had the time to enjoy the area....Next time :)... Ill definately be going back ... Thankyou toot toot toys.

Bought the Lego Mindstorms EV3 from them two weeks ago. My initial questions via email were responded to quickly and when I went to pick up my order, the service was friendly. I will definitely give them a look next time I'm looking for toys. Should also mention that at the time of my purchase, they were the best price in Australia I could find for what I was buying.

Ordered the new Thomas King of the Railway wooden items on June 25th and received them on June 27th.. Toot toot toys have a new owner so I am very impressed with their service, most buyers would understand the pressure if this had not occurred.
AAA+ seller, very highly recommended. Would definitely purchase again.

This shop would have to be best around for Thomas the Tank Engine. As a father of a big Thomas fan I just couldn't believe how much they have. They are easy to contact and were able to help me with a hard-to-find item I was looking for.
They have an amazaing range of Thomas. I couldn't believe how much there is. Their prices are reasonable and best of all I got my order in 2 days. I will definately be going back.
