I had bought a couple of things from this mob they seemed fine. But my welding shield never arrived so I contacted them. It took a week for a email reply which gave me tracking numbers for courier company. So i type in the numbers nothing happens so then you have to write the courier company but it won't except valid suburb.Which means you can't send your msg to courier company(guessing it's fake company). So they've obviously stolen my money I would not recommend this lot to my worst enemy. There are so many honest companies out there go find one them keep away from this clown circus. I just bought from criminals that's all lesson learned. Now I'm trying to stop others from being ripped off. DON'T TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES

Popped into to get a new battery drill, staff provided excellent honest communication, not too pushy when browsing. Great store, so many options!! Will go back to the red store vs the the big green one!

We wanted a metal work bench, there was only one in the store slightly damaged. They did offer obtain a new one but they negotiated a price agreed by all We also purchase a vice hence reducing the amount paid We had a discount on the vice plus no charge to deliver the bench Great service

I needed a new floor jack. I asked where they were and the reply was straight forward and followed by an offer to help select. I needed to measure under my lifted car to see if the selected jack would work and they lent me a tape measure to check. There was no delay when I went to pay for it and they signed me up to your club so my receipt is now saved in the unlikely event of any warranty needs.

Very impressed with the service and the knowledge of the staff members. Everything thing in the store was very well displayed and presented . I will be definitely come back to make more purchases.

Was on the floor ready assembled good to go when I got home more than capable for the job at hand works better than had anticipated will definitely buy more of the iron air range

Bought a spanner set from them, and within 2 months one of the internal ratchets broke. Went back to organise a repair or refund, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it (despite it being a defective product and having a receipt). Told me they'd get onto the manufacturer and get back to me... 3 weeks later, heard nothing, went back in. They'd done nothing to follow up on it, and claimed they'd get onto the manufacturer (again)... refused to refund or replace the set despite having the receipt. Don't really have time to keep following them up on this - suffice to say, terrible customer service - hate it say it, but you'd be better off going to Bunnings.

You have a large, well laid out range to choose from & the salesman was terrific. Apart from that I don't know what you want me to say. I think it's ridiculous that you have to use 30 words saying something that only required 16.

A superceded item was required.Impressed the item was stocked. Price less than current model. Charming, helpful attendant. Pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and good nature of staff member. Will use Total Tools again for sure.

The online shop kept defaulting to a store nowhere near me, which is very frustrating to see if the local shop has stock for a click and collect order. So after what seemed ages having to physically change the store every time I put something in the cart I finally went to pay for everything and the checkout crashed. I don’t think I will bother in the future

Purchased a new Laser Level and received a second hand one.

No-one in their right mind would pay full price for what I received in the post. I'd have been better gambling on a secondhand one, from an online auction website.

The service at the kunda Park store is a lil bit slack I rang at 845 in the morning to get a price on sum consumables for the mask and was told they would call back at 145 I called them again to b put on hold and then told I would b called back I declined the offer and just went into the store wen I finished work the original sales person who sold me the mask in store seemed frustrated an not real interested in helping but another salesman was extremely helpful and got me wat I needed as fast he could
