My experience was a pleasant one.
I received great customer service in store, nothing negative to report. All staff were friendly & efficient, in the Mackay (Paget) store. I would definitely shop there again.

I shopped around and found that total tools were the cheapest and even cheaper going through the checkout!! Excellent customer service!!! I will be going back again everything there I want!!

good a good deal a set of sidchrome spanners 14 piece 6 to 19 mm, to replace the ones i left on the farm after retiring from 7 day a week work, 10 hour days.

Very quick search online had no issues at all trying to pick what I needed and was easy to checkout, excellent and communication was above my expectation, well done too all..

I went in to replace a grinder/ concrete planer, there were a few options and the fella in store spent a bit of time going through them with me even though he was getting other stuff ready.

Very tidy store, well laid out. Good quality at competitive prices and the salesperson was courteous, polite and helpful - very refreshing and encourages me to return to the store.

Really happy with total tools for agreeing to a price that they advertised in email, even though it was a mistake. The price was far to good to pass up on

I called the store to check on a few products and the staff member didn’t just rely on the computers stock level, he went and physically checked. They were waiting at the counter when I arrived.

Great staff, great selection. Would give 4 1/5 stars if I could. 9nly issue was not everything was price tagged like the ladder we needed up buying. Not a big deal but thats the only reason for not five stars.
Prices a quite reasonable for diy projects..

PLaced order on 29/4/2020. after 2 weeks of receiving nothing i began calling and emailing the Online Store. No response despite 3 phone calls leaving messages and 4 emails. Eventually contacted the local Pakenham Store where i buy most of my tools from and with the help of a lday there, i was told my order was being rushed to me. A week later it finally arrives, a total of a month late. Inside its missing 2 of the 6 items.

Went in to buy a few new things for my tool belt and the team helped me find the best products within my price range and ordering in things that I needed on the spot. Great service and great work to the team and Windsor Gardens.

Staff were very good. The stores computer wasn’t updated though. I paid the full price with no complaints. On checking when I got home they were advertising the same battery $50 cheaper

Polite friendly helpful service.. Got what I wanted to purchased offered to join the club without it seeming like a hassle like some stores I have been in.. Will shop are again..

Its good to have an alternative source for product.
Some other business outlets stocks only Chinese products that are basically handyman only.
More workshops such as mine tools and such need to be of a standard and at least with Totals Tools you can select a varying range of qualities in product.

Haven’t used the Kreg Rip Cut yet, but it was well price and the staff at the store were very helpful and friendly. Easy to navigate around the store and find what I needed

I was looking for a replacement chuck for my cordless and was not surprised to find they had a few behind the counter. While it was busy and the staff were run off their feet, I was able to pick up a few other things and then get what I needed at the counter. Easy transaction, and great result for me.

I had bought a couple of things from this mob they seemed fine. But my welding shield never arrived so I contacted them. It took a week for a email reply which gave me tracking numbers for courier company. So i type in the numbers nothing happens so then you have to write the courier company but it won't except valid suburb.Which means you can't send your msg to courier company(guessing it's fake company). So they've obviously stolen my money I would not recommend this lot to my worst enemy. There are so many honest companies out there go find one them keep away from this clown circus. I just bought from criminals that's all lesson learned. Now I'm trying to stop others from being ripped off. DON'T TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES
