Had to grab a new airline for the garage, bought some tape on special as well. Also browsed some gen sets as we live rural and have power outages sometimes.Chaps at the Port Macquarie store were very helpfull and pointed out some key features to look for. Still haven't bought one but now have a better idea of which unit to get.

Great service Toowoomba, nothing was to much trouble ! Explained everything in words we could understand . They didn't push anything on us which is a real plus these days!

I went to the West Gosford store to find an obscure tool and immediately found it and more with the helpful staff . The guys are always helpful there without being pushy .

Bought tti torx socket set. Explained to staff member that I was using them to work on a Harley Davidson and that I had been told from a friend that they weren’t strong enough.
Staff member said they would be fine.
So I purchased on staff members advise as he would know better than my friend.
I went home and tried to use the t40 bit and it just twisted.
Exactly what my friend said would happen.

the staff answered all my questions and got me exactly what l wanted.
after checking all the range l was back on the job in no time

Called in to see if they had a toll box in stock and they were so I went in and was overwhelmed with great customer service by all the workers

pressure regulator of air compressor failed under warranty, unable to swap for new one, they want to send away compressor for repairs ( 200 kg ), not good enough for me, try harder guys

Friendly knowledgeable staff who took their time. They provided a demonstration of different blower vacs making my choice easy. Staff appeared to be knowledgeable and went a step further by providing advice on other tools.

Needed the Dremel router table. Total tools had one in stock the guys knew exactly where it was. Price was right in the middle. Should have gone here first. I am a luthier so I’ve had to invest in Dremel tools to be able to shape the tiny inlays I invariably have to do..

Garage sale is an excellent shopping experience . It's always very easy to find what I need in this shop. The shop assistants are very nice to talk. I will absolutely come back regularly.
