Reliable, economical, trouble-free motoring
I always buy Toyota for the reliability and fuel economy.
My 2015 Camry is a large size car, economical on fuel (especially on the highway) and very reliable. I’ve never had an issue with the car and servicing costs at my mechanic is always reasonable.
Purchased in December 2021.

Best value and most reliable car after all
Since 2009 i have switched from brands to brands Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW,Range Rover but Toyota Camry is always in my garage for everyday use.
It doesn’t feel luxury compared to other high-end car but completely reliable forna road trip. What i really feel like about it:
1. Hardly to break down and it’s cheap to repair
2. Affordable routine services
3. Cheap body parts and easy to find replacement.
4. It’s still great car even with an old car.

TOYOTA quality. (no edit option to fix header.)
I bought a 2017 model Camry when it was less than a yr old with very low ks. Model is an Altise.
To date its running costs, fuel, and reliability and performance has been good. I find servicing costs a little expensive, and in hindsight would have ensured the deal I thought I was getting on servicing, was actually included in my contract. It was not honoured and Ive had to pay much more for servicing than Id hoped.
Make sure you check your contracts as if its not in writing, they wont honour servicing deals.
Other than that the car is a dream to drive, a great family sized car with great boot size. Quality interior.
Purchased in May 2021 at Toyota Dealers for $21,990.00.

Reliable, comfortable value for money
I bought this 2012 fleet car with 40K on the clock. Now with nearly 120K there havent been any problems - not even a change of brake pads. The car is comfortable on the open road and pleasant to drive around the suburbs

As always when you buy Toyota you buy quality. I have never had an issue with my Camry and it’s still going strong with 400k kms. My only regret is I never purchased a hybrid.

Great reliable car
We bought the Camry HL from new in 2014 to use for family transport and commuting to work. The fuel consumption on average in the last 5 years is at just under 6L Per 100Km. I have fitted a tow bar on it so that I could take our bikes with us when we go away (do not use the Camry to tow anything heavy as I think the tow limit is 400kg for the hybrid model).
The car has been services at Toyota at the recommended dates and Km with out any problems. I have just had to change the tiers over for the first time at around 70,000km.
Our kids have now grown up, so I am very happy we got the Camry as it has lots of room in the back for taller people.
When I go to change over the car I will definitely give the new model Camry a chance.
Purchased in January 2021 at Toyota Dealers for $39,000.00.

Confidence in product
This is my second Toyota vehicle and very happy with the quality of the product.
The Camry suits my driving needs when travelling long distances. Those being comfort and fuel economy.
I purchased the vehicle from Maitland Toyota and during the first twelve months of owning the vehicle I moved to the mid north coast. This meant I had the vehicle serviced at Taree Toyota under the same arrangement as Maitland.
The quality of the service was excellent, completed as per the log book and on time.
Purchased in November 2021.

A simple, affordable and reliable car
This is the best car I could buy for my budget (for around $27 000). No problems so far. Good fuel economy. Spacious interior and boot. Service cost also is reasonable under the capped price servicing option. Only problem I have is front bumper is too low and would rub against some driveways.

Best car I've ever had. I want for nothing and it always gives me a smooth, safe and dependable driv
I use the car twice a week for short journeys and not one glitch at all in the 2 years I've had it. Great looking car and the 2nd Camry I've owned. No complaints with the 1996 Camry Vienta I had before this vehicle. Toyota Camry - I wouldn't blink in recommending it to anyone.

Camry Hybrid
Best car I have ever owned. It has never given us problem since we purchased it in 2015. It is very fuel efficient (5.5L/100km) and zippy. It has now 100k on the clock and still going well as Day 1. Most reliable car with low service cost. I just wish Camry's seat was bit more comfortable and electronics look out-dated.The interiors is quite sad looking just like me!

Toyota, hang your head in shame
Our Atara S was our third Camry having previously owned a 2005 Camry Altise and still own a 2007 Camry Sportivo (which has been fantastic). Our Atara S was inferior to the previous model: the auto used to always be hunting up and down even if driving at constant speed, the diff clunked like an old Commodore whenever downshifting and the fuel 'economy' was terrible (couldn't even get 10lt per 100km on the highway and drank 13-15lt per 100km around town - my brothers V8 SS Commodore was better than this. Then there were the build quality issues: ...Read more
dashboard made a constant wrinkly-plasticy kind of rattle right across the firewall. After constant visits to the dealership over the period of warranty Toyota couldn't come up with a fix and we ended up having to involve Consumer Affairs, and even then they couldn't fix it. Had ongoing problems with the keyless entry system and the last straw was the steering wheel and brake pedal locking up resulting in the car needing towing. Had the Atara for 3 years and never had an opportunity to enjoy it as we were constantly taking it back to the dealership and in the end couldn't get rid of it quick enough. Based on the poor build quality and Toyota Australia's dismissive attitude towards the cars issues will never buy another Toyota.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Toyota? lousy company to deal with
60,000 klms. I love this car. The Sat. Nav. has let us down. Very unreliable. Toyota are aware of the proiblem but refuse to fix it. They told me to get lost. My Sahara has the same problems. Toyota say I must pay but they still cannot gaurantee the fix. Apparantly all model Toyotas are having the same problems.
Disregard the Sat. Nav. and you have a great car. Take a road map with you.

nything about it unless I pay. I know someone who has a brand new one and it is the same. Toyota refuse to fix his under warranty. Mandurah Toyota WA will not back me up. They admit that Toyota Aus. are terrible to deal with. Toyota are doing business the American way which is not acceptable in Australia. They should do business the Japanese way and that is be honourable. We have had many toyota vehicles. We have two now but that is the end. No more! They could fix mine for about $200 cost to them or $600 cost to me. Why should I pay? What a pity, the camry is a wonderful car otherwise. Although there is no resale value. No! We will not be caught again.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Great car
I'm a Toyota man. So is my family, both here in OZ and overseas. For 25 years we have been a two four wheel drive family but when I retired my wife wanted a Camry. I was looking at upgrading my 100 series cruiser of Friday but the next day we bought a demo Camry. I like the look and feel and love the fact that it is front wheel drive. Economy is just under 10 litres/100 for normal suburban driving. It rides well and is very peppy. What I don't like is that I have to climb down to get into the vehicle. At my age it's easier to climb up than do...Read more
wn. Not a problem with the car but something to consider. We have a bucket load of grandkids so the three hooks for car seats is great. The boot is very big... This version does not come with sat nav which I believe is very useful. The backup camera and sensors are very handy also. We've only had it serviced once and because it's still under warranty it's fixed price around $280/service. Personally I think that;s a little steep for changing oil and just looking at things but thems the breaks. Overall I am very happy with our purchase.Similar opinion? PERFECT CAR
A great car for someone who wants spacious car but at same time wants great mileage, this 2013 Camry hybrid is a great. Plenty of room and power, this is great for someone who does lot of kilometres. Only drawback is that on wet roads it can skid. Have to be little bit more careful. Don't take it negative I have driven it for work for 3 year done over 250000 km and no problem till date. You do get used to brakes.

Hello Toyota drivers!
Can you please advise me... Does that 2015 Camry Atara S Hybrid have a GPS unit included as standard factory fitted, or did I read correctly that in 2015, only the SL version came with a GPS?
Thank you everyone in advance...
