Hi Transdirect, I've been waiting for a month now for a product I purchased from Brisbane, which was sent by the seller via Transdirect. I have contacted Transdirect, and your courier Fastway numerous times to get the product delivered without success. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and after a month's wait, I have never received the item. I was told by Transdirect a few times that I will be sent an update after following up with their courier but that never happened.

Hope to find you here because I cannot find your email support anywhere on Internet.



I have recieved email about "Under declared collection notification" about weight of package I sent via Transdirect.

I did weight 2 cartons (1 big and 1 small) as the size I declared about 38 kg.

And After the consignment was inspected, weighed and cubed by the Carrier, the corrected information is a Charged Weight of 89Kg.

It is unbelievable weight for 2 big cases and 3 small cases Dell which I won from auction. I can provide detail of items if you want. I would like to ask you send me any proof that you did re-weight the package then charging me $113 more directly in my account.

Hi, I am urgently chasing up a late collection for consignment 10024236 - this was supposed to be picked up yesterday from West Brunswick, VIC, has been rebooked and still not collected. (NB the booking is in my daughter's name, not mine). Please advise asap, thanks.

Not sure why you're asking me Bernie - I was the customer of Transdirect?? I'm not connected to the company so I can't answer your question.
One time out of the last 100+ times we've used them we've had a pick up didn't happen.
10 days after multiple follow-ups, and still no pick up.
Their final explanation was "no driver services that area", but I knew that to be false.
In the end, I left it / let the deal fall through.

U are given a tracking numbers so u know where ur package is during transit the whole time with appropriate arrival time I have had calls/messages/emails in the past from couriers about being home between certain times for parcel drop off. Transdirect will usually only contact u if there is a problem (example: If courier can't find your house on goggle map for pick up) THIS IS FROM MY PAST EXPERIENCES

IF the supplier of my rc plane used Toll i would have had it over night...Transdirect farm out to a list of courier companies and get paid for it, but don't give a tuppany meowwww after that. I was charged $100 for the experience, a week later still no delivery all the tracking says is it's in transit.(sitting in a depo somewhere gathering dust or even worst being damaged. Seriously? This discrepancy you have found must be so small as to be negligent.

We have been shipping to New Zealand with you regularly for a few weeks now and try to be honest and fair with package dimensions and weights. Maybe one dimension was rounded up and another rounded down but we are always fair. The actual weight is always much less than the volumetric weight but you think this tiny difference is worth annoying your regular customer about? What happens when we over-state the dimensions? Will you refund us the over-charged amount?

I would like to dispute this penny-pinching ‘under declared collection notification’.

Please advise what package dimensions you have recorded and how the package was measured?

We are happy to take our business elsewhere. You have provided a slow and unreliable service so far. Please advise if you would like us to continue using transdirect?

My item was lost for 12 days and when found i was told that the driver refuses to deliver and i had to pick it up myself from your depo... i was told i had to sign a form stating that my item was collected in good condition by myself even though your company damaged my item or they would not give me the item???.. Ive been hung up on by Charlie at ur So called customer "NO" care center and refused by 2 staff members to be put thru to a manager..or given a managers full name...You have damaged my item and will not put me thru to a manager which is NOT good business.. Fast track couriers ...ur courier you used where i had to pick up my item from submitted you photos of the damage but no one takes responsibility and ur office states now that nothing was recieved from them... Next step is im going to the media if i dont get a reply as ive kept a log of names times and dates of all communication and am now out of patience..

Used to be good. But in the last 3 months its beyond bad. 30 mins hold time, hung up on before call taken, Items not being collected 3 days in a row. Being charged for redelivery when items are going to a shop and is open 9-6pm. I email enquires with no response.
WE are currently looking for another freight carrier/third party freight booking system.
Any ideas?

Transdirect, what transdirect? Where is my parcel sent on 9/12/2015? Nowhere to be found till today.
Have call 4 times at least, still no solutions, I am way beyond angry.

I have had terrible experiences with Transdirect. Clearly just a third party but have no idea what they're doing. Spoke to and ANNE who sounded 12 years old with not an ounce of customer service experience.

I am sooo angry, can anyone in this company tell me where my pram is ?????? I have rang daily, no one will ring me back, it was suppost to be delivered on the 26th may, told it was due to be delivered on the 26th which tracking says, now I am ropable. No one knows where my pram is? Incompetent people!!! I demand your company find my pram that I purchased. It's a big pram, not a pen, how does someone loose such a huge item?? I am not phoning again as I get promised a phone call back, and they never do. I demand answers and ASAP !!! Thankyou

Hullo frustrated lady transdirect are not a transport company as such all as they do is organize your parcel to be picked up by other freight companies and they guarantee that company x amount of freight thats how they make their money.So next time pay the extra and go with the big boys yes it costs a bit more but you can at least deal with the carrier not the agent when something like this happens good luck with finding your pram.
