I am a builder and have dealt with Trend for many years. My last purchase was handled by their rep. Julie Mansell, whom I must commend highly. It was a renovation needing much accurate detail in measuring etc.
Julie handled this very professionally all the way. When a hiccup did happen she was on top of it and had it promptly fixed. Also, Julie's college Ashley in H/O helped greatly in expediating this matter.

from my phone enquiry to the resolution, I was impressed by the attention to detail and product knowledge
for the relatively small potential order, after 2 E Mails my enquiry was sorted, Kellie was so helpful and accommodating, the type of service seldom seen today elsewhere.

Poor quality sliding and stacker doors. Multiple quality and manufacturing issues several still unresolved over 4 months on. I have been told some of the quality issues cannot be fixed, others may be fixed at some point in June (6 months on).
Prowler Proof screen doors manufactured to the wrong size. Took over 4 months to finally install.
Multiple callouts from different servicepeople different answers/excuses each time. Very poor service and lack of accountability throughout the company. Very disappointing overall.

Received quote within 24 hours. Was able to save on cost.
Email correspondence professional. So far only to go quoting stage as we are sourcing for our customers for installation. Friends have had their windows made here, quality looks good.

Late delivery. After they took the money. Have a fault in the interlocking flyscreen. Called twice. Spoke with the Nowra office Both times assured problem would be addressed.
No action taken.

Luke listened to our requirements, took us through the range and provided options to suit and provided quotes to cover these. He was patient and clearly had thorough knowledge of the product.

After a complete renovation of our sliding doors and windows we were happy with the quality of the product and all the installers that came out. However, a much needed prowlerproof screen door seems to have disappeared into the black abyss. The job was supposed to be completed at the beginning of December- it is now mid March and we are still waiting....... For reasons unknown, the space for the screen has been measured up at least 4 times. Timeliness is definitely not a priority for this company!

The Trend ThermAl windows we purchased some 4 years ago have been a constant source of problems. The company had to send out a serviceman soon after installation to fix numbers of problems. Since then we have still had ongoing problems including that several of them leak (quite badly) and it is definitely the window itself leaking and not the installation. The winder mechanism on the casement windows inspires no confidence as to either their strength or potential longevity and several of them have rusting pins at their pivot points. Save yourself the grief - use someone else’s windows. I am required to give these windows one star, I would have preferred to give them none.

Luke was patient and helpful with us in the quoting and ordering process as we started out with our DIY project to replace a window with a double glazed unit (a trial run before doing others). We got answers to all our questions and some extra handy advice on measuring. Easy to contact in person, by phone and email.

Extremely happy with our Trend windows and sliding doors. Customer service has been great before, during and after installation. Our house is quieter than before, and the doors slide beautifully.

They are part of the supplier to Parkville Gardens, they are terrible and leak with condensation after a few years, mind you they were built in 2006. Double glaze glasses are meant to last forever if not damaged. Many are visible to the public if you care to drive down and have a look yourself.

Staff were courteous and accommodating. Were able to provide me with detailed quotations promptly. They were committed to providing great service.Well done to your staff, and I would happily recommend them to others.

We ordered multiple windows and doors for a old cottage restoration and Nathan at Trend Windows was fantastic. He was open to unique sizes and different solutions to meet old measurements and materials. Quality was really high and delivery prompt and flexible.
