Uwe attempted to find the parts for my Blanco dishwasher after an initial inspection to uncover the problem. Svetlana later advised me that unfortunately the parts were no longer available so instead said Uwe would install a new product when I purchased a replacement for no extra charge since mine couldn't be repaired.

Uwe & Svetlana from Uve's European Appliance repairs provided not just fast, efficient and excellent repairs, but friendly, honest old fashioned service. Our "Highland" brand range hood is only 5 years old but the company no longer exists! Uve repaired it somehow despite not being able to get Highland parts. Saved us $1000's in replacement costs & inconvenience. They were prompt, reliable & excellent all-round. I would highly recommend them to anyone chasing experts in this area. Thank Uve & Svetlana :)

Uwe is always on time & is so very professional. Drop sheets so as not to damage flooring, cleans up any mess. But more importantly over the last few years he has repaired my Miele coffee machine,ovens, dishwasher & serviced washing machine & dryer. He even went to my holiday home & repaired my under bench over. Nothing is too difficult for him & he is always full of helpful hints. Svetlana keeps up excellent communications.
It is wonderful to know things will actually get fixed properly & expertly.

Uwe has been to my house and gone but the memory of his professional service lives on. We have Miele white goods and our washing machine had stopped functioning. Thank God Uwe was available to tend to our urgent problem. He displays complete product knowledge and went about his work professionally and quietly. after another repairer said nothing could be done to fix my Gaggenau appliances, Uwe fixed everything with no fuss. Great communication, friendly, efficient, wonderful. Everything now works perfectly. He sourced the needed parts, was clear about costs and time frames and both he and Svetlana are a joy to deal with.

Uwe did a fantastic job in repairing our Samsung fridge that was giving us grief. As we were desperate to get the fridge working asap he arrived the next day isolated the issue and replaced the faulty part straight away.

Contacted these guys re installing a Miele dishwasher into our new kitchen - they went above and beyond to help us out. They are mainly a repair business but were happy enough to do the installation and, as I have never used Meile before, dedicated the time to explain about running and maintaining the dishwasher. While there, I asked the technician about my oven which kept tripping the circuit, and he resolved that too!! Very professional from first point of contact and meticulous. Would highly recommend.
