Reformer + Long box - service like no other
I recently purchased a Reformer from Vitality 4 Life. Despite major flooding due to Cyclone Debbie, I recieved the product within 1 week. Michelle (sales rep) was prompt with her emails and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Love BioChef High Performance Blende - & love great follow-up service from Vitality 4 Life
Vitality 4 Life online shop: Purchased the BioChef High Performance Blender"
I bought the BioChef High Performance Blender from the Vitality 4 Life online shop in 2015 and hardly used it that year. I did notice it was slightly loose but paid no attention to it - it was working fine. Mid 2016 started using it heaps and slowly the shaft got looser until by end of year was un-useable. I sent it back to Vitality 4 Life who then replaced the unit - over 18 months after purchase - the company followed through on their guarantee.
This is a great value blender sold by a great company and both are thoroughly recommended!!!!!!

Love my juicer!
After lots of research I ordered the latest model Oscar juicer last week and it arrived on my dorstep in less than 48 hours. Very impressed and pleased with the service. I've been using it since then and am super happy with it - great quality, very quiet, does a wonderful job of juicing greens and anything I've put in it so far - no clogging at all. Love the red on my kitchen bench. It's a pleasure to finally have a quaility machine. Looking forward to eperimenting with making 'icecream' with frozen fruit.

Can't live without it
I have diabetes 1 and love that it can keep my circulation in check. I have always been of small build and exercised, but the vibrodisc does what nothing else can do in a very short period fo time - i've been using it for many years now and definately couldn't live without it

Good, but breakdowns stop it being perfect
We purchased an older model Aquasana under bench filter years ago under the water4life program. Just as well actually, because we have had several breakages of the case or the caps. Vitality4life have been pretty good at replacing them - although on one occasion we had to wait several months until stock came in from overseas. Good filter, but be ready with a jug filter to use for a while if you get a breakage.

Not Happy.
I purchased one a couple of years ago when they were selling them on TVSN. Mine only lasted a short while after guarantee even though I only used it a couple of times. I rang TVSN to complain and they put me onto vitality. They didn't want to know me. I loved it for the short time it worked. I replaced it with another brand which I don't like as much but at least it works. When I bought mine I received some little yello cloths which I love and would love to buy more of.

Don't stand by their product
Purchased a Biochef Axis Horizontal Juicer in September 2016, it worked great and I was super happy (would have given 5 star review), even after the end cap snapped in half when I was reassembling the machine in early December 2016 (can be used without it). Continued to be happy until January 3rd 2017 when I decided to make sorbet (as the machine is advertised for). nted as it meant going without juice until it could be fixed, but had faith that the company would stand behind its generous 10/20 year warranty. Heard back from the company ([name removed]) within 48 hours requesting photos of the damage. Sent them off and then heard that the technicians had decided that it was outside "normal usage" so I would have to pay to replace the crucial part (but as a measure of good faith they would replace the non crucial end cap). Replied that I was not happy with that outcome, as I don't understand how following the supplied instructions can be considered outside "normal usage", have not yet heard back 2 weeks later. Am now at the point where I want to just send the broken juicer back and get my money back so that I can purchase another juicer and support a company who is willing to stand behind their products, and will provide appropriate customer service in the case of a product failure. Have been left with no choice now but to turn to social media while waiting to hear from consumer affairs.2 comments

Decent customer service but when asked about a newer model of the product they said they were not aware of it. Didn't end up buying the Mycook because on their website it said there was a new touch model going to be released end of 2015 (after telling them about this, they quickly took that part down from their website). Do not trust Vitality 4 Life
I bought a massage chair that failed after about 10 months so I rang Vitality 4 Life immediately, they checked it was still in warranty (which it was) and promised an electrician will be sent out to have a look. After many phone calls and 2 years of no action they now say the chair is out of warranty, will never buy another Vitality 4 Life product again and will recommend the same to everyone

Terrible after sales service, Do not expect any warranty claims to be honoured.
I have had the Oscar Neo for less than 2 years and just recently the Auger screw broke while the machine was in use. Vitality 4 Life customer service is absolutely disgraceful, basically blaming me for using the machine the wrong way (which I wasn't, I was puree'ing dates!!!) and telling me I need to pay for new parts! What is the point of a parts and labour warranty when this company won't honour it?

I have waited nearly 3 months for the auger, when will you have some available, I have contacted Vitality 4 life several times and no one can tell me when the augers will be available. Very unsatisfactory service.

Terrible customer service - faulty product
Coming up to two years ago I purchased a massage chair. At the start their service was great and even their support team would respond promptly. I have had a number of problems with the chair and they were prompt in organising for their technician to come out to service the product. However, over the past 6 months, that has all changed. The chair is in an unusable state and I have had the technician around on a number of occasions and till this date has been unsuccessful in repairing the chair. I have had very little response from the business over the past month or so. My advice would be to beware - they are fantastic when you purchase but if you need their assistance or support down the track, that's when problems would surface.

Four months to receive replacement parts
It took 4 months to receive my order for replacement filters and in that time I received no communication or updates from the company unless I badgered them. I was promised a timeframe that then passes...many times.
It was annoying to have purchased expensive filters I then couldn't use while I waited for parts and particularly when there was no follow up from the company.
