I ordered my Bio Chef Cold Press Juicer one night and it was delivered next day, which was super fast. I had issues getting it to work so a replacement was immediately sent out. The juicer is very quiet (compared to the old juicer I had which wasn't Cold Press) and is very easy to use. I purchased some old fashioned style 1 litre glass milk bottles and store my juice in these for the recommended 48 hours only. The juices taste fantastic!!!

Great customer service! Very personal, which is rare in these days. Also, love my wheat grass juicer. It's a little bit of effort, however, worth in terms of health benefits.

Have purchased from them a couple of times now. We were happy with the compariable prices and the fact there was free delivery - a VERY important factor for customers buying on line.
One thing I would add though, is that I didn't find the website as user-friendly as I would have liked, and had to ring the office to navigate around to 'find' the actual filters I was looking for. Having said that, the customer service person was very pleasant and helpful.
