An expensive oscar neo da 1000 purchased from vitality4life has broken the processing screen on it's fourth use. They have a stock response to any warranty claim. They accuse you of abusing the product and deny warranty. Do not deal with this business. Go to a large department store that will honour warranties and entitlements under law such as a product be fit for use.

The product is fine thus far, however the distributor Vitality4Life double charged me on my credit card. Completely unwilling to help and refused to refund the extra charge. Spoke to several people in the company and was essentially told to go away and let my bank sort it out. My bank were completely bemused and told me they'd never come across a company like this, who even after being presented with the evidence still refused to refund. My bank charged them back and I have my funds now. Appalling company - stay away from them. Buy the juicer from overseas or anywhere but not these clowns.
Product is well built and engineered.
Can see that you would need to replace the juice strainer / auger fairly regularly if you use it a lot.

Called Vitalty 4 Life recently to ask them some questions about their juicers, I spoke with a very polite and informative lady who explained all about cold press juicing. I was very unsure about placing my order online through their website and it took a while for them to accept that I just wasn't happy offering my payment details via the internet and they took my order over the phone. received my product on time, with no hassles and I actually spoke to the same lady when I registered my warranty.
