Thank you for the great service you provided me when I phoned you. I not only received my product within a week but also a free gift as there was a slight delay. This was certainly unexpected and very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to any of my friends and families and will certainly buy from them again. It took forever to get a replacement part (product still under warranty) with no communication from the company unless I emailed them first. Terrible after-sales service. Pre-sales service is good.

Great Juicer the Oscar Neo DA1000 until the black strainer broke Rendering the $500 Machine useless.
Unable to use for three months as Vitality is waiting on parts from the manufacturer.
Customer support slow with no updates.
Claims to be the worlds first Ultem Tough Juicer. Its a shame that such a great product is ruined by its after sale service. Wont be purchasing or promoting Vitality products.

At first I was a bit confused with all the products on the market. I had convaded that to vitality 4 life at 7.47am, I got a response by Anna by 7.51am and then by roger at 8.05am. Wanting to assist me and talk to me on the phone. I was truly amazed I've never had such quick responses. Roger then helped me work through which product would suit my needs. Since then I have purchased the Oscar neo da-1000. I love it!! Could not be happier. The customer service is why I felt so confident in this product.
