Customer service Electrolux washing machine
I tried sending a message to try and save a trip for a technician to try and troubleshoot over the phone
I was thanked for the message and I could lodge a request for a call out for a service man
So confusing
Seems like a waste of money for Electrolux as they may have been able to solve issue without coming

Over 5 years on ...
Over 5 years and our Bosch front loader washing machine is still going strong. I have found Bosch a to be a reliable and easy to operate brand across all appliance groups. So many brands die right after the warranty period!

Quick service ever
Very quick service.. rang them around 10am and get my washing machine fixed at 11am.
Jodan is a friendly n helpful guy.

My beautiful friend
I bought the best Washing Machine ever ever I bought it 13 years ago at Radio Rentals and I had a great salesman no bull and he told me about my beautiful friend it is a Miele and has never missed a beat it was expensive but but worth every dollar the salesman told what to look at when buying one and I have looked after her as she is my beautiful friend thank you Mr Miele

DO NOT USE by any means.
Called them out to look at my dishwasher 5mins sorry mate it stuffed but we can supply a new one.
Gullible me said ok. Total $150 call out fee + $500 dishwasher + $100 to take the old one away.
Still doesn't worked 12 unanswered calls.
Bloody disgraceful.

cannot recommend highly enough
My washing machine finally died when I needed to do five loads of washing on a Saturday. I left a message for Jordan and my call was quickly returned and he came later that day - on a Saturday!!!. He came at the stated time was professional and knowledgeable. After 14 years time to get a new washing machine which he could organise for me on the next day - on a Sunday!!!! Oscar came a half an hour late, but advised me of the same. This company was fantastic, weekend service, new washing machine this is customer service at its best!!!

Can't fault the advise and service
Our Hoover washing machine, only 5 years old, ceased to work. Jordan turned up in a timely fashion, identified the problem in a short space of time and offered (1) a full fix, but, due to the cost of that (we are pensioners), (2) a temporary work-around that will keep us going until we have the money. On top of it all Jordan turned out to be a lively intellect and one who takes an interest in the people he deals with. Frankly, he ought to get an engineering degree and make a success of bigger things sooner rather than later.

I encountered the same thing with my dishwasher. I was told I needed a part which the tech didn’t have. I was told to get it myself as it would be cheaper. I felt like what was the point calling them. So I got the part and fitted it. It didn’t fix the problem so I called them back and was told to call fisher & Paykel. Waste of time and money dealing with this company.

A dear friend of ours asked advice on the fixing a Miele dish washing machine and a representive Ormar from your firm arrived at her residence at Sorrento. Mentioned that tha mother board was t fault but no further advice as how to arrange for the unit to be fixed. He left after charging $130 and the machine remains unfixed and not working. The machine I only 4 years old. You of course would have the address of the location. can you advise as to what steps your firm will take to resolve the problem. Even to a degree that the charge fee would be returned.

We attended on the 20th of Dec 2018. We found that the handle was broken on your washing machine. We informed you that you didn't have to fix it. You could just use the machine without the handle (Saving you $100). You were glad that we had a quick resolve. You paid by the technician via card at 2:08PM. We again attended on the 8th of APRIL to find that the rest of the door was broken. We informed you that we needed to replace the door. (Not the entire door, just a few parts). You paid the technciain paid via card at 3:12PM. Upon returning the technician who installed the door did not have eftpos facilities on him. We asked you to pay him directly. (To our mistake we undercharged you on the door, we didn't ask for any more money and wore the loss with good gesture that you're a returning client, a discount if you will). (It was easter weekend- If we forgot email you a receipt, all you had to do was follow up)- I doub't we'd forget. When our technician arrived, he informed you that the screws holding the door were not the original screws. When putting on the new door, we needed to use original Bosch screws. This is protocol. The technician stated that the frame where the door sits on is worn out. You contacted us 3 weeks later saying the door has fallen off and you wish for it to be fixed free of charge. We asked for some relevant photos - when sending a photo we noticed that the frame had a lot of rust where the screws go into the holes. We also noticed a fair amount of watermarks coming fro the dispenser draw. (Previously warned about excessive use of powder/liquid) We replied informing you that you'd need to replace the frame of the machine. (As previously informed by the technician) and this would come at a cost. 24 hours has passed and you now inform us that 2 screws and 5 minutes has fixed the issue. Which screws did you use? It couldn't have been the original ones... In conclusion, you now have a brand new door, that has nothing wrong with it. (You claimed this to be the issue). Held in by two screws which aren't Bosch screws... Because we only fix problems properly, you leave us a bad review, saying we only 'took cash'... and ' no documentation'...? Oh hang on, what about this line. This is a ripper: 'No attempt by WMH to fix it properly.' Are you serious? Surely this a prank Geoff. Please delete your review as it serves the pubic and future customers absolutely no purpose and doesn't hold any weight. Moving on, we'll be sure to print screen this review for the 'memories'. Jobs like these are what make conversation at dinner tables all that much better. Thank you for the entertainment, we hope you have Have yourself a lovely week ahead. Good luck with your machine.
