Wasn’t the washing machine at all but a blocked drain and he even cleaned that. Awesome! Super friendly and communicated well in the run up, throughout and after. We weren’t home and felt very comfortable letting him get on with the job.

Thank you Sam for your prompt service and manner, Machine was not spinning and Sam was able to Fix within a few minutes. Truly Greatful from start to Finish. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Two Repair men arrived spent about twenty minutes looking at our machine - including ten minutes using our toilet - said We needed a new motor. Also said the machine was working and he’d fixed it. I paid $148 and the machine didn’t work the minute I turned it on. Don’t ever lie to customers and don’t ever use this service - they turn up but dont fix anything - I’ve just bought a new machine!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Called to repair dishwasher. Inexperienced tech came and was there for 15min charged $147 dollars and told me the problem was an O ring and to replace it myself cos it was cheaper. Tech didn’t have the parts or No how, even though I gave the product detail when I called. I purchased genuine part and replaced but still didn’t fix the problem. Called Washing Machine Hero back and I was told to call Fisher and Paykel for help. If they couldn’t fix my dishwasher in the first place they should have told me when I first called instead of wasting my time and money. Rip off. Please Don’t use them. I wish I had of read the reviews before I called.

Sam came out to assess our dishwasher, spent two minutes looking at the machine and assumed the problem was the motherboard but did no tests, all he did was open the front up and saw some makes that indicated that was it. He then didn't put the front back on properly. I contacted the owner of Washing Machine Hero who said I needed to contact Sam directly, Sam then tried to tell Me I had to go through Washing Machine Hero, When I asked him to come out and fix it he said he’s get back to me and I’ve heard nothing. He then has not replied to my messages. Pathetic! I will actively discourage people I know from using this service. What a waste of $150!!

An inexperienced technician charged us $148 for 7 minutes of work to tell us we need a $100 part and another hour of labour. We then couldn’t get in contact with them and found someone else who told us it was a simple drain issue and fixed it instantly. When I asked for a refund the attitude was applauding stating the technician wouldn’t of looked at the drain. I feel like washing machines have 2 pretty basic parts; water in and water out. He argued that he needed a receipt from the other technician even though they hadn’t provided a receipt to me in the first place. Would not recommend.

Timely response to our initial inquiry and extensive options offered to resolve our problem. Very professional and courteous service man who provided time of arrival and arrived on time! Highly recommended.

Paid call out fee $148.00 when service technician came to house. Said it was a easy fix and the part would be ordered. NEVER heard back.
I have rung numerous times and given excuse that the delay was with their supplier. Tracked their supplier down and they did not have any order from them.
Have not responded to written correspondance.
I have reported the company to E Safety, Scam Watch & Consumers Affairs.

I purchased the BOSCH 8kg front loader. I am so happy with this product. There is no lint left on the clothes, the cycles are not long and I have found our water and electricity bills have reduced. I highly recommend this product.

Hisense front loader was best value at $599.00 3 year warranty compact machine very quiet when operating even the spin dry ($500.00 cheaper than my last Panasonic ) numerous wash cycles to choose from quite the “idiot proof” washer. Delivery very quick well worth the $70 which included removing disposing of the old washing machine

Fills extremely fast, which already saves on power. Whisper quiet, see through lid, so no need to lift lid while functioning. I am extremely impressed, by its all round quality.
