The men were straight to the point explained what was wrong did not push me with sales talk genuine people would recommend them to other people. Very excellent service when the machine was delivered the installer was great and showed me how to set it up. I would not hesitate to use them again. It was prompt delivery it arrived before the date. The girls were very understanding, helpful and very good customer service.

This is the most service oriented business I have come across in a very long time.
The technicians were friendly, courteous and generous.
They gave me a free appraisal of our dishwasher out of good will and on Good Friday! No other business in this position would extend themselves this far - much appreciated!!
Respecting the Covid 19 pandemic they wore gloves and masks and kept a safe distance.

Technicians were friendly and helpful. They explained every relevant detail after finding the cause of a leak in our front-loader that another company couldn't detect. They were very quick, too.

It's never great to have to admit defeat with your appliance and begrudgingly concede to calling in repairs, but everyone from the Receptionist to the servicemen were just lovely and personable! Washing machine was fixed, they explained the problem and it cost exactly what they quoted. A small price to pay for a fully functioning washing machine again and meet some lovely people!

The guys from Washing Machine Hero were amazing!! You will not find a nicer, more helpful, more generous team. Would highly recommend!! They will have our future business for sure!

From the first phone call to Daniela to the repair person Jordan, this company was very responsive and fair in their approach. Their service was exceptional and they were very respectful with relation to social distancing. Highly recommended

If i could give them 0 stars, i would. i had to pay a $148 call our fee that i needed a part for the washing machine that would take no longer than 10 days to get and to be fixed. 3 weeks later, and 18 phone calls and my washer is not fixed. No one within the company knows how to communicate so ive dealt with a dozen different imbeciles. Do not use this company. A freaking joke.

Omg!!!! Do yourselves a favour and find another company. These guys a nothing short of hopeless. Paid $148 to be told he thought I needed new sprayers. He was there for 15 mins opening and closing the dish washer door and then apparently diagnosed it. Still haven't been able to get any quote or follow up on getting the dishwasher fixed. Weeks later!!!!
No one will take my calls or return calls. Suspecting scammers!!!!!!

The repairer was meant to fix a blockage with my dishwasher. However, he said that the door no longer closes. Before he turned up the door lock was OK. He didn't even look for the blockage. He said he had to order a part. After numerous text messages (they don't answer the phone) with the company I have given up. What a waste of money.
I wish I had read this first.

We had an error message in our Bosch machine. Technician looked at a few things and said would have to get the machine out. Unfortunately we couldn’t get it out (not their fault) and he left - with the call out fee. I did what should have done in first place. Two minute call to Bosch and press of a few buttons and fixed. The timer had been put on inadvertently! Surely a dish washer repair company should have an idea what error messages mean.

1 week after their call out. No reply from them after many phone calls from me to the receptionist promising that someone would call me back. Finally spoke to a tech who said they can't do the job and should never have taken it.

Sam arrived and stood in Front of the machine and played with some items. Said it was all fixed. At the first use of the machine the same error light came on. Arranged a second call out which was cancelled by the Business. Have a third call out and not holding my breath. Definitely do not use. A waste of $148.00.
