I placed an order, and chased it up, only to be advised it takes 6 weeks. I have emailed numerous times and had some response emails advising that the order ws being processed. Now just on 13 weeks, and nothing. I contacted paypal, and they advised that they have strict time issues - 45 days after purchase, Yes, that's right, I contacted AFTER the 45 days, so they are unable to refund or help. Very frustrating and ANNOYING

I ordered 3x bottles of perfume in July, received nothing and no monies refunded. I've emailed and emailed and no response. This site needs shut down!!!

I didn't receive my perfume I emailed them 20 times no answering I really was disappointed it was very bad

Dont buy from this sight you'll get ripped off paid $120 for perfume in early sept now cant contact them to find my order pay pal cant refund as its over 45 days

i ordered perfume & paideia with credit card I over ordered & tried to reduce order etc. Left messages in account but no reply. I now see that "Web Site" is closed can't get onto it. Consumer Affairs should look into this mob.

6 months still no order now you can't get them sent many emails use to get we have received your request will be on touch soon never did

brought twice accidently got refunded once but still waiting for delivery of order I now know why I havnt recd anything this is a total scam... Pathetic imbeciles such losers..........

Ordered 3 items in July 2014 and received the first item in August and the second item in November. The third item still in the air as in the money. The goods are supplied by external suppliers and not under the control of the seller. In future I will purchase from online sites which has the product in their warehouse and in their control not from a front shop like this mob which onsells the order.

Did not receive my purchase I am concerned as I have not received any communication from them at all. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal to try get my money refunded.

Do not buy anything from this site. Have just learnt that the site has been closed. Hard lesson learnt. Scam. Honest customers taken for an expensive ride. This behaviour is an insult to the common public.

I too purchased two bottles of perfume from this company back in august as gifts and still have not received them to date. I have tried emailing and calling and no reply what so ever!! I would not recommend them to anyone at all!!!!
They call themselves an australian company!!!!!

I can't understand why other reputable websites will allow such scams to be suggested to consumers. We use other sites based on their suggestions shouldn't sites like Ebay and FB, be liable as well for such misguidance. Yeah you won't get your products from this site. Should get a refund though.

just went on reviews ..yep seems like iv been taken for a ride too ..really annoyed like others by sounds of it ..yep placed a order ..3 months ago,, but seems like you guys ..no product or any reply from them .. iv printed out my communication with them ..and these reviews ..im going to consumers ..and will even take it to today tonite ..poo bags why should they get away with this

This site I originally thought was too good to be true. I have tried to contact them but to no avail. I will be really pissed off if my gifts don't arrive in a week or so.
If nothing arrives my whole family will be without Xmas presents.

I want my money back!!! but these guys wont answer my emails.. I bought some watches almost 7 weeks ago now, from them for christmas presents for my nieces and there is nothing in the mail for me.. I cant get a response to my emails.. there must be something that I can do.. what a nasty company.. the website is now disabled too.. surely there is something that can be done to recover my money.. Whatever you do, do not get sucked in and purchase from this company. I ordered a bottle of perfume for $50 when it is usually almost $200, I should have known it was too good to be true. Still haven't received goods, so I contacted them by email several times, no response. Then I contacted my bank, explained the situation, my bank was aware of these scammers, and they are arranging a full refund in a matter of days as I paid with my credit card. I urge everyone to do the same as you most likely wont receive your goods. Their website doesn't even exist anymore. I saw their ad on Facebook so I didn't even think for a moment that they were fake. I do a lot of Internet shopping and this just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I ordered boxers about 7 weeks ago. Emailed them more than 5 time with no respond. They took the money! Went on and checked the website again, its disable.Don't ever buy anything from them.

i bought a perfume on august and still haven't gotten it, i wrote to them a couple of moths ago and they said they were going to check this, now it has been 4 months and no sign of it, didn't get at least a refund...

Looks like the company has been shut down as their web pages have all been disabled, but they will come back under another name to rip off people, I was lucky and got my money refunded but alas never got the perfume like they said I would get as well as the refund..
