Lesson learnt...money gone and goods not delivered.....what a joke! I have been contacting the company since October.....still hoping despite the bad reviews that by miracle I will get the ordered goods...dream on....what's next? ASIC?

I have ordered a perfume on September 1 2014 and has not received it till now which is December 18 2014. I have emailed them a few times and has not received any reply.

I purchased a perfume from them in October and it's the end of December and never received it! At first the responded to email saying that it was delayed because of customs but now they won't even respond to my email requesting a refund! Outside of the 45 days with paypal now but will give the bank a go and see if they can refund. Absolutely ridiculous...

Weallsave never delivery ur order !!! Dont ever buy something in this website.. !!! Poor on- line shopping, trust me..

I also ordered 3 items n after many weeks months later received 2 out of the 3 after sending emails asking where are my goods. The perfume never came my order was made in August now dec so not expecting the perfume my emails come back undelived now !!! Beware do not buy from this provider

I ordered perfume back in August for Christmas gifts. I was scammed over $200 as I was told there was a delay in shipping. I contacted them numerous times after this, after that, but I never got a response.
Paypal rejected my claims for reimbursements as it was outside their timeframes within their policies.
I am open to suggestions on how to report them formally within Australia.
Weallsave should be shut done and people behind the scams should be prosecuted.

I too ordered perfume on the 15th September and have not received it!!!
I have emailed twice and no real answer.. i received and automated response via email... i have just tried again and the email wont even go, comes back delivery failed???

Ordered 2 items from We All Save received 1 item never received the other item, perfume. No response to my emails.

Ordered perfume from them and items were never delivered. If you are out of the 45days timeframe to lodge a complaint with PayPal - go to you bank and they will make a fraudulent claim against the company and will refund you money lost - takes a few weeks but worth the wait.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses through this site in September 2014, expecting them early November after the 6 week shipping. I have sent numerous emails and messages, to get nil reply.

I paid for a bottle of perfume on the 1st September 2014. I have not received the goods nor any correspondence in relation to this matter. I have emailed them with no response. I went through paypal to put in a complaint but because its been more then 45 days since the transaction date they cannot help me with this matter. Where do I go from here.

I have also not received goods. I ordered in August!!. I am now depressed that I have lost all my money, as I ordered quite a few for Xmas presents. Paypal also wasn't interested as it had passed 45 days. But how could I have notified earlier when they emailed saying they were getting to it, just backlogged. Thanks Paypal for nothing.... Has anyone received their orders at all?? This site seemed legit to me but am not going to order online again.

What I would like to know is how this is not a criminal offence that requires prosecution by the police.
Why does it need to go through the toothless tiger ACCC? No one is going to get their money back from this company, so the owner/s who obviously had every intention of scamming people from the get go should be sent to jail as a lesson for other potential scammers.

Ordered perfume in August, nothing received, very quick to take the money though. They should be ashamed of themselves, Can't contact them anymore, all my messages to them have mysteriously gone missing.

I too ordered from this site in early September through facebook have only to be told 6 week waiting period...hence waited got only replies to saying they are working on filling the back log of orders then nothing obviously we have all done our doe its sad that people so many pepole lost there money face book need to put some sort of thing in line to protect the consumer when allowing these type of adds are allowed in to the social networking sites

I ordered perfume back in September. I emailed several times and they said it takes up to six weeks. After six weeks they no longer responded to me and after 10 attempts to contact them I have reported them to paypal and have put in a complaint with the Department of Consumer protection and urge anyone that has had a similar experience (which it appears there are quite a few) do also report this behavior because they appear to be just essentially stealing people's money without providing any product

I also paid for 2 bottles of fragrance on september 1 2014 and after numerous emails i still have no fragrance but they certainly have my money.Their site should be called we rip off everyone.They sent 2 emails assuring me they are working on a backlog of orders what a load of rubbish.This is the second site this year that has ripped me off.Golden rule in future do a review before placing order would have saved me losing my money and then wait 40 days and if you still have no goods put in a claim to paypal. Purchased 2 bottles of perfume in September for my daughter on her wedding day in November and received nothing, many many emails sent and no response. Ripped off and nothing we as consumers can be done. PayPal aren't interested as I contacted them after 45 days, annoyed with myself and should of looked into this company before purchasing. Unethical behaviour by these rogues and don't worry they will open up another company under a different name and trade again and rip off consumers once again. Pathetic and why are they allowed to get away with it.
