Hi there. I purchased this fridge 2 weeks ago and love it. I have had no issues at all with it, however my 2 boys have discovered that the fridge emits a high-pitched sound, which I cannot hear. They can hear it all the time. What could be causing a brand new fridge to make this annoying noise and can it be fixed?

I hear the compressor noise for some time and then it becomes very quiet for hours. Do you get that occasional sound of compressor too?

I have had the unit for almost 12 months now. I can only think of one night that I thought something was wrong and there was some noise from the fridge. It was quite a warm night from memory. Other than that there is not much noise at all. We have it in a super tight spot as well so we expected more compressor noise in all honesty.
I don't get any discernible noise from my fridge, just a quiet low hum.
Our compressor seems to go all the time. We have even reduced the temp by 2 degrees as it would not keep things cold. Water is reasonable cool.

Hi I brought the WQE6000SA FRENCH DOOR only 3 months old and the flap on the left fridge door seems to get stuck and not go all the way back and when I close the fridge the flap bangs on the right door side. Why i's it sticking or getting stuck sometimes and not going back ?
