Yes I have been a customer of Winemarket for several years and reasonably happy until recently when I ordered two dozen bottles of red wine to be delivered in Hobart where I will be for 7 days over Xmas, well 1 dozen was delivered and the other dozen I am told wont reach Hobart until after 7th January when I am back in Sydney and do you believe I ordered on the 4th December, that's real just in time delivery and did their customer service offer any solution, you can hazard a guess NO.

Reviews would suggest that some people actually receive the wine they order. Whilst any provider can have the odd problem there is a trend here to believe that there is a consistent and systemic problem. I ordered a case of wine, the wrong one was delivered and when I reported it they sent a courier to collect it on the basis that another courier would deliver the wine I actually ordered and paid for. More than a month later I still haven't got the wine. Customer Service were pleasant and understanding but haven't fixed the problem. BUYER BEWARE-GO ELSEWHERE.

I used Winemarket to purchase a white wine pack that included a spirit. I am constantly bombarded with winemarket promo emails and codes, so I decided to use a $50 off voucher for spending more than $120. The wrong product was sent to me, which I instantly provided photo proof. After a week, it hadn't been resolved and when I brought it up with customer service, they told me in fact that using the promo code with a white wine bundle is against their terms and conditions and basically I can suck it. So won't be using them again.

- The voucher kept stuffing up and claiming it had been used. Took a few tries to get working
- I had to spent over $120 and the wine i wanted had been discounted. So i had to actually wait til it went back up to normal price to save money..............1st world problems

Do not order from this site. I ordered my wine over a month ago. Winemarket are doing absolutely nothing about this. They say it was dispatched to the courier so as far as they are concerned it was delivered, which it obviously wasn't. It is very frustrating and I am out of pocket.

Paid for my wine and not received it

I used WineMarket a few years ago and stopped as their delivery is so very, very slow.... Was looking to buy quite a bit of wine... prices for some cases (ie the sparkly) were no better than in Dan Murphy's... Found a few reasonable ones and ordered.. Said delivery in 7 - 10 days... which means it should have been received between today and Saturday... The tracking tool shows it won't be delivered until 3 June.. That's 2 weeeks.. Would not recommend due to delivery time... this has been the case for years and I'm sorry I gave them another chance.

Delivery takes AGES - far longer than they suggest on the site.

I have had not so great experience in the past with the delivery time and casual disinterest ed customer service. With a deal that I couldn't refuse I found this time around delivery time was fantastic - the wine was very drinkable and at a great price. Hopefully winemarket doesn't disappoint next time around as I have just now put in another order.

All great except shipping. It takes too long. I have ordered several times before but it is allows slow on the shipping front. Not sure if its because we are in Metro Perth, WA.
The cases are great value they just need to sort out who they off load it to for delivery in Perth.

Winemarket is my go to online wine retailer.What makes them stand out from the rest is the attentive customer service and competitive prices. Average delivery time is 3 days. On the one occasion that a wine was not to our taste, Winemarket gave us a voucher to use next time and then extended the voucher when I forgot to use it before it expired. How's that for customer service! Thanks Winemarket and keep up the good work!

I bought a mixed dozen box of wines with a coupon code which added an extra discount. It arrived as described, and was delivered quickly with no issues. I was happy with all aspects of the transaction and the myserty wines are good for the price I paid. I would deal with them again.

I have now had 4 deliveries and never had an issue. They delivery time is good they state 14 days for delivery (im interstate and not in a metro area) however I have always recieved my orders between 4-7 days and I love the order tracking. My orders have always been accurate, prices are great and all of my orders have had free delivery makes it even more attractive when in a regional area. I have loved the wines. They do send you a lot of emails of specials however I dont mind as they are always good offers. I also love that you are not be locked in. Great site easy to navigate. Happy customer

After 3 times ordering from them... 2 through Groupon, 1 direct, it is apparent they are out to take your money and only deliver you the product if you harass them enough and document everything, including conversations, so as to catch them in their misleading. Great prices on some good wine, but not worth the brain damage and stress of chasing them to deliver what you pay for.

Horrible service. I'm turning them in to the Office of Fair Trading. I honestly believe their practices cannot be legal.

I ordered a wine beer package and after 4 weeks I still do not have. I called after 2 weeks and they said I should have within 4 days. I called a week later to be told it was lost and they have to resend. I called again and they said it was sent to wearhouse and was lost agin. I called today and they were very nice and said they were sorry but I should have with in 5 days.Lost 2 times.Let's see if it works the third time. If you are having a party do not count on them!
