Just words & promises
Joined Woolworths online & then accepted as a priority customer but cannot place a order. Order is accepted, delivery time accepted, C Card accepted then when click to finalise just spins. Chat line with Olive a joke - just random frequently asked questions type answer. No answer after 49min on help line. If you do the job say say do at start of process not just let it spin out.

Priority Assist is hopeless
After being approved for Priority Assist (Disabled and can't get to a physical store) my first order worked fine. However the next time I tried, no success. What an impossible system. All the talk of helping those who are disadvantaged is just that - talk. The practical delivery is hopeless. Sort yourselves out please.

Woolworths priority assistance failed.
I filled in the form for priority assistance due to age. No response by email in 48 hours. Tried to ring and spent 1/2 an hour listening to their dreadful 'musak' before hanging up. Redid my application and this time it worked and I spent an hour and a half scrolling through their huge product list and filled out an $160.00 order. When trying to go to checkout, page went blank. Was unable to get to the checkout page so finally gave up and found an alternative online food supply service. Unfortunately there is no option to give them 0 stars.
Seriously frustrated.

Home Delivery Suspended in Currimundi
I just want to order my Groceries like I used to before all this Coronavirus nonsense, but so far, no go. I used to be able to place a fortnightly order Thursday morning and get it delivered Friday, but now, delivery has been suspended in my area; crazy considering we have a Local supermarket! All delivery windows are just greyed out, where before there used to be loads of days/times. If 41 shops have been turned into "hubs" for online delivery -- why the hell can't I get my damn groceries delivered??? I don't want to go to your brick and mortar store and risk getting this virus! Pathetic, woolworths. Just pathetic.

Excellent Customer Service
From the moment I walked into the store I was met with a Woollies employee with a big smile on their face. She provided some of the specials that were on offer for the day. I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. The Woollies employee at the register was very helpful in processing our order quickly.

Woolworths Supermarket online order - great service
This is my first online grocery order. Clearly this is a popular service in these times of contagion and so the next available delivery window was in 2 days. Woolies kept me informed of progress via their website and SMS. I specified no substitutions for every item and everything as ordered arrived early in the delivery window. At the time you order, items charged by weight such as fruit, veggies and meat are charged on the high side and when the order is assembled you get a refund for any lesser weights.
One thing that worried me was the poss...Read more
ibility of items requiring refrigeration being out of a fridge for too long. This didn't happen. The goods were cold to the touch and must have been refrigerated until just before delivery and I had them in the fridge within 5 minutes. I understand that delivery comes from your local Woolies, so this is just as if you had shopped yourself. Well done Woolies! Keep it up!1 comment

Poor ordering experience. Long Wait. No delivery. Poor communication. Poor Refund. Poor complaint handing.
I paid over $300 and then wait 7 days for cancellation.
SMS morning of cancellation "Your Woolworths order # is on track"
To add insult it's another 5 days to refund my money.
So I'm without grocery funds for 13 days?
Who do they think they are to keep my money for 2 weeks during a national emergency.

Woolworths Priority Delivery Fiasco
I was approved for this service due to my age and medical condition only to discover, in my case, it doesn’t actually exist. I have been attempting to place a large order for 4 days now but was unable to get a delivery time on the site (also all the delivery slots were for the following week which were full). On the third day a delivery time popped up (again for the next week) which, overjoyed, I accepted immediately, I added my payment details only to find the site wouldn’t accept my order. I spent the rest of the day attempting to place my...Read more
order without success, then eventually lost my delivery time. I understand due to the current situation Woolworths is extremely busy, however this service should not be offered if they can’t honour it. I attempted to call Woolworths but couldn’t get through to anyone then lodged an online form to which I have received no reply.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Asked my carer to move out of the store
On March 23 I attended my local Woollies. I have a disability and live at home with my parents. I don't usually go to the supermarket but if I do it is with my carer. I help get some items of the shelves and my carer does the checkout process including using my card to pay. Due to my disability I have high social anxiety. My nan lives in a retirement village which basically entered lockdown amid the current pandemic.
Woollies had just suspended all online ordering (not that my nan uses a computer or online payments anyway) and had not introdu...Read more
ced it to seniors yet. As such I went with my mum who is my carer to my local woollies to get some basic necessities for my nan. Mum got our regular groceries and I got a few essentials for nan. At the checkout mum paid for our familes groceries. I went to proceed putting nans on the conveyor belt and abruptly got told: 'Wait for the person in front to leave'. Being aware of the social distancing I was following store instructions. Mum was waiting at the wall a couple of metres behind the checkout when the checkout operator turned and asked were we family. Mum explained that she was my mum/carer and I was getting groceries for nan. The lady stated well you will need to move on. Mum walked a couple of checkouts down where she was still within sight and the lady said 'No, you will need to move out of the store'. The coronavirus suddenly became the least of my worries. Panic set in. Having to deal with a situation of shopping that I am uncomfortable and unfamiliar with. It made me angry. We were getting essentials, following all social distancing measures. I was shaking as I presented my credit card and tried packing groceries into bags. I don't blame the lady on the checkout as she appeared to be following orders given to her that only 1 person from a household can shop (ie to prevent hording). However, we were not hording for our family. I was most aggrieved at the fact my carer was told to get out of the store despite following protocols. The woolworths management need to respect the rights of people with a disability. They rely on their carers whether it be physical/social/moral support.Similar opinion? Very disappointed .
Like quite a few others I have been approved for Priority delivery, but there are currently no delivery windows available in the Morisset area .
In my case, I was already an online delivery customer due to being 81 and a Pensioner.
Perhaps existing online delivery customers who met this criteria should have been given some preference over those who are unlikely to remain online customers after the crisis is over ?
A.K.

Priority online shopping for seniors appears to be a figment of Woolies imagination
I have a NSW seniors card but have just moved to Perth and do not as yet have a WA card. I applied for the online priority service that seniors are meant to have access to but so far a week has passed and no one has responded to my application. I don't see the point in the big carry on by Woolies trying to big note itself for being responsive to the needs of "vulnerable" people who are staying home during the Corona Virus pandemic when by the look of it with the reviews on this site no one is getting any joy at all! Does priority online deliver...Read more
y even exist? Does anyone look at the applications submitted online? Perhaps because I have a NSW card WA won't recognise it but I'd simply like to know the status of my application. I really don't want to have to go through all the effort of getting a WA seniors card at the moment as I suspect it would be a long time coming.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

This is no delivery service. Been Stopped !!
There is no home delivery even for priority registered customers !! Keep saying we can supply, but you haven't and don't. Probably all stores should be closed and only have delivery.
When will these companies get organised. Management need firing and starting again. Had plenty of time and warning what's happening?

Reneged on Priority Assistance "Your current delivery address is within a non-serviced area"
After having initially received approval for Priority Assistance (I have CPTSD, chronic asthma for which I have a Pensioner Health Care Card and no car and no family to assist me) I got a message today saying "Your current delivery address is within a non-serviced area". What a joke. So-called Priority Delivery is nothing more than a publicity stunt by Woolworths to be seen as not causing discrimination but the reality for everyday Australians with disabilities is an escalation of hardship.

appalling
Woolworth Priority Assistance is non existence in Kingaroy Qld. After applying and receiving text to say we were able to order, only to discover after trying to place order and phoning our only woolworth store (no coles ) the service is unavailable. I find this to be a total lack of care for customers, especially in this climate where people who are in total isolation and have no family support need to rely on this service. Woolworths
Management I am appalled at your lack of concern for your fellow australians and as per other reviews I am not alone in my opinion, absolutely hopeless. patricia

Generally very good,but-
Must say Woolworths are trying hard and generally are succeeding. Thanks!
The Priority Assistance delivery service is much appreciated whilst the online ordering page and process is excellent.
The problem is that items may not be in stock at the dispatching warehouse at time of delivery, even if ordered well before, confirmed and in fact available at the local store.
It would be a big help if items could be reserved at time of order,so Seniors etc. don't have to shop in person.which rather defeats the whole purpose of Priority Delivery.

No answer for vulnerable customers seeking Priority Assistance
Woolworths Priority Assistance has serious flaws. I first applied a week and a half ago with details on my conditions, medications and that I’m on the NDIS. No response. I rang. One hour later, hung up in frustration. I made an online complaint. No response. Submitted a new application via drop down boxes in my Woolworths account. No response. I don’t receive Centrelink benefits as I still work. But I’m seriously immune compromised and can’t leave my unit. And can prove this. What else do you need, Woolworths?!

Woolworths priority delivery
I couldn't check out either then waited for an hour on the phone. Lovely lady processed my order and explained the problem. I have an old iPad and it's not compatible. Downloaded the woolworths app on my iPhone for now but might need a new iPad.

Do I have to fill out the priority form every time?

Just a random question I bought chocolate milk the 2 litre which I always do and has been fine... But I bought it on Wednesday which was 15th of April... And when I poured a cup I drank it and that as I was going to sleep I had to run to the toilet because I was vomiting it straight up? Now I've been having issues for the last few months with vomiting but I always knew it wasn't the chocolate milk but I literally could not sleep until Thursday night because I was up vomiting plus with diareah which is not normal. I went downstairs checked the expiry and it wasn't expired but I smelt it and it did not smell the same. On Thursday I gave my daughter chocolate milk which she usually drinks the whole lot but she didn't drink it this time she had a little bit then didn't want it. Now my partner did not believe me when I told him something was wrong with the chocolate milk but I bought chocolate last night so Friday night and my partner had some and was fine I took one sip and gave it to my partner because it still tasted chat, then just randomly my partner vomited the chocolate milk up.
So to sum this story up for ya... what the fuck is with your chocolate milk?!?! We ended up chucking it out because my partner smelt it and he agreed there was something up with it. I don't know if anybody else is going through this but this can't be just an unlucky pick as it's happened twice now IN A WEEK!!! Please respond woolies because if there is something wrong with it we should know.
