I was looking to include contents to my home insurance and thought to get a quote from Youi as I had already saved a bunch on my car insurance and had received fantastic service through the assistance. Well, not only was the quote cheaper than my current insurance, I added contents and still saved over $500. Customer service is great and it's awesome that you only deal with one person. Locky was easy to chat to and explained everything clearly.

New Customer since August 2018. Old providers were getting to expensive and although I have been loyal to my previous provider I felt I should try for a better deal. Youi did just that.

Took out car insurance with Youi initially due to best price and Australian based offices and call centre, then the hail hit Jan 2022 and 1 phone call and was sent to their assessing centre which had been set up at Smeaton Grange, drove in and was assessed in 15 minutes, had to leave car their due to extent of damage was offered a Taxi home, had a call from Panel shop the following day and had car repaired and back within 7 days of damage, other people through other companies were still without a car waiting to be assessed.
I then tried Youi for home & contents insurance and they got me better cover for $1,000 less per year.

Policy easy to set up on line but I had a couple of questions that a phone call to Amanda quickly resolved. Amanda was knowledgeable, personable, fun to deal with.

Extremely happy with the people I dealt with. I’m new to this company and they were really easy to talk to and the premium cut mine in half From my current insurer. I was a bit unsure about them as I’ve been with my other insurer for about 20 years but I’m super happy that they have saved me the hassle and the money !! Well done Youi ! What a great company !

Craig was super helpful insetting up an unusual house & contents policy and even helped me get a 20% reduction on portion of it. Tash was also helpful with other policies.

the policy was the same as my old one the only difference was the price and to me that was the winner, im sure ill be moving more policies over as they come due .

Received my AAMI house and contents insurance and far from impressed, especially since we have been loyal customers for about 20 years. Our House and Contents insurance went UP 16.8% from last year with the justification that the factors like the number of claims they experienced, improved data and changes to the cost of running their business. I feel that AAMI must rethink their procedures and show loyal customer a little bit more respect. Perhaps their CEO could forgo his bonus and distribute that to the loyal customers.

Helping Greek neighbors to find a better deal for home insurance. Youi were able to give a quote 100 less than current policy. My neighbours are so happy with Youi and with me for helping them find a new policy.

I received a renewal from Coles Insurance that was a huge increase from last year, so I found myself talking to the rudest and most aggressive person in their Indian Call Centre I have struck in years. I have no experience with Youi, but decided I had nothing to lose. Catherine Zalai was a delight to deal with. I had the first landlord policy completed and saved $500. I have 2 other Landlord policies with Coles that will be replaced as they become due. Coles were unbelievably rude and obnoxious and having been treated decently by Youi I'm never going back. Catherine Zalia is the nicest person from an Insuance Company I have ever come accross and I am greatful to her.

It took a while on the phone to establish a new house and content policy, but the process was thorough. The rep, Cosmo, was very personable, making the experience almost enjoyable! I also saved quite a bit if money ... so a good outcome.

Easy setup with the guidance of the Youi rep over the phone.. Very helpful guy called Collen.. The premium is far more realistic than my previous insure, Allianz, who just kept increasing my premium by significant amounts each year. I am about $340 a year better off for the same product.. Cheers..
