It took us many months of searching and planning with builders who we thought that can custom build our home on a difficult corner block on a certain budget, that is when we came across ZAC Homes.
Our journey only just started with Zac home, however from our first phone call to now DA planning phase we have nothing but praise. The process was flawless with ease, effectiveness in communications and open.
We believe Brian Zhou has made all this possible, he understands our needs and guide us through this difficult phase with ease and made us feel comfortable to have Zac Homes as our builder.

We have a complex block to build on, causing to price to be higher than we first thought. However, the Senior Design Consultant & the Sales & Marketing Manager (along with the whole team) were amazing and worked tirelessly to make our dream home a reality. Looking forward to the next stage.

I really appreciate Brian Zhou communicated patiently many times to modify the design, gave us a lot of professional advice, and comprehensively introduced every step of knock down rebuild, help us move forward in the right direction, so we can make decide quickly and speed up the process, hopes we have a dream home soon.

When we asked for suggestions - all of them were very stylish, complimenting our other choices and mindful of the cost. Very positive experience. I would not have been able to see my dream house come true whithout his help. He is always addressed any problems with a solution promptly. Zac Homes are lucky to have someone like this.

We have just started our building journey with ZAC homes. We have chosen to build with ZAC homes as they have allowed flexibility with the design, resulting in a better usage of the living and bedroom spaces. Other companies had a rigid design which would have resulted in variation fees.

We were looking for a builder to construct a duplex we visited the Box Hill exhibition centre and after visiting several exhibition homes we were about to leave and as we drove past Zac Homes we said one last look here. Upon entering we were met by the sales rep with whom we felt was quite obliging and knew his job and nothing has been a problem for him and any of the other staff members who we have encountered so far.

We decided to go with Zac homes after a long search because it offers what we want - full custom design, meticulous detailed finish on their display homes, fair price and promotions. On arrival we were met with Brian. Brian was our go to person for all our needs which he’d handle professionally and in a timely manner. The downside so far was our floor plans took longer than anticipated however it was rectified quickly to have us comfortably get to the contract stage.

I would like to divide my feedback in 3 parts as below:

Initial Design Phase:
This was done with [Name Removed]. He made the process very easy. He understood what we were looking for our build and suggested accordingly. Promptly answered all our queries and questions and also provided efficiency to follow-up work. GREAT JOB.

Admin Part/Paper Work/Final Design/Approval Phase:
The team needs to improve on the communication.

CONSTRUCTION:
Great Product with perfection. They delivered what we expected from them. A huge thanks to the supervisor Peter Withers who helped us and made it possible for the house to be handover even during COVID pandemic. Great job.

We had been to a few builders and no one wanted to touch our build due to it being in a flood zone. Some builders were even asking for additional extra costings which were not accurate. Being a builder myself, I could see through rubbish they were telling me. Then we went to Zac Homes. They understood exactly what we wanted and were happy to take on the build.
Michael Dwyer was awesome to deal with. He knew he's stuff and being in the building game, it made it so much easier to navigate this tricky build.

We just signed contracts with the ZAC Marsden Park office. Michael Dwyer was just brilliant and a breath of fresh air. Genuine, clear, timely and honest from the onset. No marketing stories. We had made a 5k deposit with another builder before we met Michael. We actually decided to loose that deposit and moved to ZAC because we loved Michael and the ZAC Homes design and approach so much. This is my first time building and my first property and throughout this initial phase Kersi has been very helpful, eager and prompt to answer any questions that I had. He was also very thorough and patient to help me navigate the daunting process of the contract signing. I can highly recommend Kersi and the team at Zac Homes.

As my house is now under design stage, I rate the performance to ZAC Homes up to this moment. However, I am quite impressive and appreciate the helps to Brian Zhou as well as Gavin Phibbs. Brain have a quick response to my questions and also provided efficiency to follow-up work. Gavin have explained me the contract situation in details and tried to satisfy my needs. I give them a credit and believe their service is your company's value. By now, I expect your design team and construction team also can provide me a good quality works.
