From our first meeting through to handover, all went well. We were very involved in tweaking an existing plan and adding in the level of quality extras that we wanted. We had no problems and everything met our high expectations. The timing, quality of work and communication with Peter, our onsite manager and head office all went smoothly. We could not recommend Perry Homes highly enough.

Smooth clean build. This would not be possible with out the help of Phil. We had huge problems with our broker but this didn't phase the sales team in the slightest. Next was PJ. No nonsense get the job done which made the overall experience relatively stress free. Good job!

Build was well managed and everything went to plan. We made a lot of changes to the original plans and the finished product is exactly what we envisaged. The process was painless and we were pleased with the workmanship throughout all stages. Our builder was very accommodating if minor changes were required during the build. Sales staff and all trades were very professional.

The sales team, led by Noel, were very helpful even ringing the construction manager to answer my questions.
Shaun, our supervisor, was efficient, helpful and always polite going the second mile for us.
I was fairly demanding being a retired builder but I found the quality of the build excellent in all areas. The final cost was within our expectations.

Perry homes has just completed my first home, overall the experience has been amazing right from the start when I walked into the show home and met Todd. Todd treated me with such respect and made the process fun, relaxed and overall so easy. Everything went smoothly and I was kept updated throughout the entire process, the building site manager John was so welcoming, helpful, honest and friendly..I can not fault the home its absolutely beautiful, I would not change a thing..far exceeded my expectations considering my budget! Perry homes made my dream a reality and I will be forever grateful, I highly recommend this company and if I were too build again in the future I would look no further.

We had a bit of a challenge at the start of the project. No sooner the new team of expert and friendly staff took over the project, it was a pleasant ride. Thanks again for Noel and Vicki. No sooner the construction started, it got even better! Expert project manager in Shaun was a blessing. He had all the skills and was a gentleman. Shaun was very focused on quality as if it was his house. Did not have any issues at all and Shaun was very supportive right through the process. there was no increase to original estimate! From the beginning of our journey into a new house we received excellent service and advice from the Perry's consultant at Ballina and this continued into the building of our house with the building supervisor. They were very professional and were very willing to offer advice if they didn't think our ideas would fit, which we appreciated. The build was completed on time and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Our build was managed by peter Fiore he was extremely well organised, each stage of the build was completed like clock work with peter explaining any questions we may have had. The workmanship was great all the tradies was were very friendly and completed there work to a high standard. Since moving into our new home we have had no issues with the finished product and we have been living in our new home fro six months now. We were extremely happy with the price of our home its easy to see a price on paper, but when you see the workmanship and final product we were amazed that for such a low price could buy so much!!

Overall we are very pleased with the outcome of our beautiful new home and were happy with the building process for the most part. We ran into delay at the commencement of construction due to a retaining wall issue, but our house is split level, which can be tricky! We did exceed our cost expectations a bit, but this can be attributed to the split level and extra costs that came with that - but it is also, in part, due to some fantastic modifications we made and couldn't live without. We enjoyed discussing our thoughts and dreams with the sales staff, on the design day and found our site supervisor to be excellent. Thank you Perry Homes
