Hi I have installed both driving lights and light bar, I have ran two plug and play harnesses and switched the polarity as it is in a 75 series. I have then plugged the piggy packs into each other and before my jtx supplied canbus (I’m running jtx led headlights).
I have two issues:
Firstly the light bar and headlights won’t turn on together. I can turn them both on and off independently but not have them both on together.
Secondly if Im on low beams and the light bar and/or spot lights switches are on (either switched them on while in low beam or flicked high beam off while the light bar or spot lights where still on) then the switches turn my high beam on, even though in cab my high beams are off. I presume this would be a road worthy issue because if I have the switches on and turn off my high beam while it turns off my lightbar and spotties it prevents my headlights from switching to low, unless I turn the switches off.
Hi Wade,
Could you please take a short video for me of what's happening and email it to me on [email protected]
Please also just a include a screenshot of this question so I know what is in reference to.
Thanks, Mia
Just bought a plug and play harness and watched videos and all that and everything is in place except it’s just not working
Hi Alex
What exactly isn't working? Are the lights not switching on or are they only on when you have low beams?
Regards, Mia
The lights aren’t switching on at all

Hi Guys, just purchased and installed 24 inch light bar and plug and play wiring kit. All went together fine, just doesn't work. I have checked all the fuses and high beam still works through the piggy back wire. Any ideas? Cheers
Hi Linc,
Can you please send us a video of the issue to [email protected] with a copy of this question attached?
Thanks, Mia
I figured it out. H1 headlight piggy back plug was really tight and hadn't gone in all the way. All sorted
Awesome to hear!
Hi just set up a plug n play wiring harness into a 2014 Colorado. It doesnt work, no light to switch nor led spotlights.
HI Will,
Just responded to your previous question.
Cheers, Mia
Hi just set up the plug and play into a 2014 Holden Colorado. There is no power to the switch and lights don’t turn on. How do I get it going?
Hi Will,
Is the car turned on, switch on, then turning on high beams?
Which wiring harness did you buy?
Regards, Mia
I bought some work lights to fit to the tray. The shop attendant said to get “this” harness instead of “that” harness and just wire it in as if they were driving lights instead of work lights. I’m fine with the way the lights work when wired in. Except that the Deutsche plugs don’t reach the tray. Is there an easy way to extend them? Can I buy extensions from you guys?
Hi Tom
I am assuming your battery is in the car bonnet?

Hello, I have wired in a LED lightbar using the smart harness, with H4 piggy back option, the lightbar comes on with Low and high beam, I can turn it off with the switch, this is on a 2005 Subaru Forester, what have I missed?
cheers
Hi Greg,
Sounds like the car is negatively switched. Which wiring harness did you get?
Regards, Mia
Hi - So proud of myself (electrical newbie) for installing the Dominator8 - 7 inch spotlights & I guess the smart harness (purchased June 2021) as per your video - its a toyota Hilux 2010 kun26 - my car lights work fine - but the spotlights - when the switch is on - work only on low beam not high beam - it all works fine but on low beam & turn off on high beam - have a reversed something??? - though the plugs only plug in one way so I cant work out exactly what the problem is - thanks - Don
Hi Don,
Are you 100% sure you purchased the smart harness and not the standard? If you still have the box or your invoice what is the SKU of the harness you bought?

Got the smart harness, trying to fit to a D22 Navara, (which I told the sales guy)
, neither attachment fits to the headlight globe. How can I rectify this?
Hi Brad,
Our wiring harnesses come with H4 & HB3 headlight adapters which are the most universal fit for most vehicles. The Navara NP300 uses a H4 plug however I am unable to find online what the D22 ...
Had another go yesterday, and it turns out it was just a very stuck plug.. It had the correct plug and it is working fine now. Are the two relays different, as it worked with one but not the other.
Bought kings 7" LED driving lights and plug and play wiring harness, when about to install on wife's Captiva noticed her lights are H7, is there an easy way to connect to high beam seeing plug and play adapters wont work on H7 connections.
Hi there,
We advertise our wiring harnesses to come with H4 & HB3 headlight adapters which are the most universal fit for most vehicles. If your car is a H7, you can purchase a piggy adaptor which will let you connect the wiring.

Purchased the licence plate light bar and wiring harness for my Mazda 6.
Hb3 light connection used checked all connections and fuse but still no lightbar working.
The led light on the switch doesn't even illuminate.
What could be the issue here?
Hi Jarrod,
Which wiring harness have you purchased? The plug n play or standard harness?
Regards, Mia
I'm having the same issue; but with Laser 24" light bar, and smart wiring harness.
Hi Mick

I have a 2021 gwm cannon ute, it has constant power to run all the headlights and everything and only very light small wires to trigger (about 8) all the different things like adjustment height, indicators and lights. Should I take the trigger wire from the high beam trigger wire or elsewhere to run the smart relay for led lights.
Hi Lindon,
The LED Driving lights or Lights bars should always be wired to only turn on with the high beam lights (with the switch that means they can be switched on or off even when the high beam is ...
Hello
How long will it take for the mattress in a big daddy deluxe swag to expand for the first time? it’s been out of the packaging for a few hours now and still very flat on one side.
Thanks Jason
Hi Jason,
Thank you for inquiring with us.
As per user manual of swag - Please allow 24 hours for your mattress to fully expand after opening for the first time....
I took delivery of a Kings Big Daddy Deluxe swag a week ago. The mattress has been out of the packaging for 7 days and hasn’t expanded properly. I’m going away in 10 days and I need the mattress! Are there any tricks to get it to expand? If not I need a replacement ASAP.
Undo valve completely
It’s just the standard mattress, not a self inflating type. No valves. The packaging has compressed the foam so much it hasn’t bounced back
Hi Thom,
Could you please contact us on [email protected] with a screenshot of this as well as photos and your order number? If it's not opened within 24 hours it is an issue we'll need to fix for you.
Thanks, Mia
Hi, I have recently purchased the Kings Number plate light bar with the Smart wiring harness. I have fitted both to a 2022 Holden Trax as per videos on your website. The Trax has HB3 connectors to the lights, so I am using the HB3 piggyback adaptor. The light bar is on whenever the lights are turned on (both high and low beam) and only turns off with the switch. Is there any advice on how to rectify this?
Hi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please confirm if you bought smart harness or normal one? if its not a smart harness then if your car is negatively switched (please check on car manu...
Read moreal or with manufacturer or with an auto electrician) and then you can just switch the wiring around to make it suit your car. Please find instructions and diagrams in the manual here: https://marketing.4wdsupacentre.com.au/%20manuals/All%20manuals/FSLL-IL_WH.pdfI purchased what I was told was the smart harness. The SKU is AKLL-HARPNP001. It doesn't say smart harness on the box, just says Plug and Play wiring harness kit. The manual and video are no use as th...
Read moreey only tell you about the H4 plug, not the HB3 and if the kit is the smart harness, it won't matter about the car being negatively switched.Hi Peter
Plug N Play is our smart harness, could you please email me your order details and photos of your wiring to [email protected] so I can take a look and see what is occuring?
Thanks, Mia
I’ve had 9 inch spoties in for a while now in a hilux and they started coming on on there own and now they are constantly on even when the switch is off ?
Hi Chris
Does it turn on when your low beam is on?
Regards, Mia
Can it be explained why do i have to piggyback the main headlights when it is wired live to the battery
I
HI Steve
Could you provide more info? Do you require a piggy adaptor for the existing H4 & HB3 headlight adapters?
Regards, Mia
Steve: for convenience driving on the highway, using your highbeam stalk switches both your main car lights AND lightbar light off at the same time. Wiring directly to the battery is done via the re...
Read morelay. Relays are just an electromagnet and switch. When it senses current on the high beam line, the coil energizes and thus engaging the high current switch within itself pushing power to the lightbar. All spotlights in the past (1970+) used this method, as your relay means you don't need to use huge thick cables from the inside of your cabin to the spotlights. All the heavier (shorter) cabling is in the engine bay.I purchased a slim line LED light bar, when first wiring it up, the light bar would switch on without headlights, on with low beam and off with high beam. Thought this could be mean it was negatively switched, after following your diagrams, light bar comes on when switched on and lights off, off on low beam and on on high beam. Remains on when headlights completely off, what could I be doing wrong? What can I do to fix this?
