Eight Homes

The built was managed very well. The speed of the built was so good and cost was also very competitive. So overall experince was very good could not imagine it was done so quickly and quality is not bad. Just waiting on completion of works. I was very impressed with the Sales rep of Eight homes and managed everything so well for us.

Last year i build my house with Eight homes. I would say it is perfectly build house with very good quality. My supervisor was very helpful. As it was my first home he guided me and helped me if i have any questions and concerns. I like to mention building house with Eight Homes was great decision i did. From start to finish it was superb quality. Eight homes was upfront with cost and it does cost me extra on top of contract.

Great customer service on pre-construction all contract variations all well sorted, all documentation required from local council sorted with assistance from pre-construction staff-Nancy Huang. The construction stage also run very smooth and I received a regular update on progress of the house construction thanks to Ash - Site supervisor and Travena -on site customer services. I have built several houses always with different builder, in my opinion the 8homes finishing quality are much better compare with other builder. Also timing to construct the house (2 storey) were amazingly quick.. 5 month (actually 4 month if we exclude Christmas break). Well done guys.

Thanks to eight homes staff for their great service as specially my online customer service specialist Stephanie & building supervisor Claude. They finished my home before time frame. But I was not happy with my sale consultant Emily, she misguided us in initial contract. But overall happy with with service & support.

Maddy patel our consultant was very good in guiding us in getting the house and design we wanted. We were very satisfied and he kept us updated with the progress of the work. The cost were also being explained with all the stages of work to be carried out. Thank you Maddy Patel for helping us through. Also a very big thanks to the Supervisor Jayaprakash in helping us and keeping us posted of the house progress.

Jarrod was fantastic with offering ideas during the sales stage and making sure all of my ideas were worked into he plan. Very friendly, great response times for any questions I had and fantastic attention to detail.
Head office team were friendly and attentive as well, but didn't have a whole lot of experience with them.

From the start sales person Jason explained everthing very well no miss leading infromation give us enough time to think. Then when we go for signing for contract with caitlin. She was nice and explained everything even small details. And even give advice where we can save money. So overall good experience so far.

My husband and I walked away from a previous builder, after having issues with trust and cost. When we went to sign our contract with the previous builder we found we had extra costs over 30k that could not be explained. This was the final straw after having lots of issues prior to that point .

Fast forward to Tayla - our customer contact at 8homes. Quick and diligent on replies, honest, full of explanation. We were instantly at ease.

We have built the Karvan with 8homes and are so happy with the whole experience. From start to finish we got great communication between Stephanie in the office and our building manager Ian. They supported us throughout the 5months. I would definitely build again with 8homes and recommend to others.

I would like to thank my sales consultan chris ive been dealing with him since 2018, kay in colour selection for helping and guide me to choice and also caitlin during signing contract.Im looking forward and excited for my house soon to build with 8homes in clyde north cant wait.

We have had nothing but great experiences with all avenues of 8 homes. We are currently in the waiting process for our land to title but Adam and Tayla have made our experience great so far. we have felt like nothing was hidden from us and the advise we have received has been fantastic. Thanks guys :-)

We had great satisfaction overall with Kim and Jim from the Service and Warranty department. Noticed some defect on the roofing recently and sent them an email. Response were received promptly and appointment for inspection was made straight away and the repair works were carried out. Overall process were done within a week, and we are happy with it.

I had a quite good experience dealing with 8 homes overall, starting from sales person Kym, she was very helpful and worked around with my budget and also fit the house I choose in my small block of land. My site supervisor Ash and admin lady Travena were very easy to deal with, always very quick in response. It's my first time of building a house, and I had no idea of what to do or what happens next, Travena helped me all the way through the building process to make it really easy. Ash did a wonderful job for my house and when I went for the final visit to my house with my partner, we were both amazed with result, the house just look so good and spotless clean, it's really worth more than what I paid for.

We have now been in our 8 Homes build for 12 months, we requested an additional power point & it happened without issue. There has not been any other issues or defects and we are enjoying life in a good build. Communication has still been effective via Stephanie & Jason. Happy customers.

Myself and my partner are in the Pre build stages of our first home. Tayla has been great to deal with, answering all of the questions we have and has been very thorougher. So far its been a smooth process and cannot wait until the building process moves into place.
