I have shopped with them four times and have been amazed at their response time, shipping speed, knowledge and service.

I bought a stereo while overseas to take advantage of a sale. I had to delay (then ultimately cancel) shipment because I was overseas and had to arrange pick up in person. They were very responsive and patient. They even agreed to match the new sale price (since the price went down even further since I bought the product).

Very good speaker which I really enjoyed pairing it with another play 1, in stereo mode the separation of sound is great.

Being a loyal customer is not counted with them, I bought a lot of headphones and audiophile gear from these guys but by the time I'm only buying spare tips.. Seems like they dont care much..

Great product but absolutely no customer service skills. Will not be returning to this store. I will be going elsewhere.

I ordered a Sonos PLAY:5 speaker online on Wednesday 14 Mayember 2018 and it was delivered by Aus Post on Saturday 17 Mayember.
Cost with free delivery a 7% discount (24hr sale) was $585. At JB-Hi the same speaker sells for $735.

I have bought a few sets of headphones and headphone amplifiers from Addicted to Audio. Every single purchase was hassle free and most of the orders arrived the following day when the order was placed in the morning. Great service and great prices!

Just bought some Bose QuietComfort 35 II headphones online. As well as the product being absolutely excellent, the price was just great, and was shipped so fast I could hardly believe it. It's not like you set yourself up for a fall, but sometimes when companies like this do the basics so well, they truly deserve the accolade. An absolute 5 out of 5 experience on all fronts - product / price / delivery. And go Bose, absolutely superior, really.

This is the second time I have ordered online from Addicted to Audio. Their prices and service are good which prompted my return visit. The order was despatched within 24 hours and arrived in perfect condition 2 days later. Three days all up from east coast to west coast - that is excellent.

I ended up going into the store to listen to the sound of the speakers rather than just ordering online because I wasn't totally sure of what I wanted. Glad I did as now I know what I need to build in on the future. No nasty upselling, great service, friendly guys and just all round great experience. Will certainly return. Thank you Niall :)

Good experience was a bit hesitant about buying online, fast postage and was cheaper than major retailer will use again

I rang the store to enquire about wireless headphone and although the store was closed, I left a message and Pat from the Kew store rang me back first thing the next morning and answered all my questions in regards to the best headphones for my son. I purchased online but Pat ensured the order was processed quickly and the item was shipped out that very same day. Free delivery was a bonus.
Prices were cheaper than equivalent items at other major online retailers.

The after sales service was brilliant. I had a technical issue with a pair of headphones (within warranty) and the team took the time to identify the fault and arrange for a replacement in a short amount of time. I was provided with updates throughout the whole process.
