I bought an ATH-M50X online after reading positive online reviews. I received it within 2 days but unfortunately it was hurting my ears. I returned with the packet next day but they didn't accept it. The sales man explained me many reasons. Such as hygiene, couldn't sell opened package, etc. If you are an online customer like me buy from someone else with better return policy.

Having found this company on the net with the product I was looking for at a very good price I went ahead and ordered. I received my order within 2 days (I am in Perth WA) which alone is amazing as usually it takes a week or more to get anything. Not only that but I had a problem getting my product to work and sent them an email and within the hour I got a phone call from them asking how they could help...problem solved. I then got another call two days later to see if everything was working to my satisfaction . Now That is what I call service. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

I emailed Addicted To Audio regarding the purchase of a Oppo HA-1 headphone amp and a pair of Beyerdynamic MMX300's. I was trying to contact them for some advice about the suitability of the headphones in regards to the amp. I sent 3 EMAILS and got no reply. I was prepared to blow nearly 2 and a half grand on that joint, but they couldn't even be bothered sending me a reply. Your loss Addicted To Audio, not mine. I would not recommend them.

I emailed them about ordering a Rega Brio-R (it wasn't possible to add it to basket), I received a phone call minutes later, even though it was cup day and Melbourne was closed :), I was told they would make the Brio available for adding to the basket for me specially on the morrow.
The next day I received a call to say the product was enabled for adding to the basket but if I wanted black there might be a delay as they were out of stock but they would get right on to their supplier.
I received the product the very next day.

I have never had a service so fast and friendly, they really seem to care for the customer. They're online experience is fantastic, really easy to use. I bought a turntable from them in the afternoon, shipped the next day, and I received it in SA they day after that. They main reason I went for them is their price was $100 dollars cheaper than anywhere else, which was unbelievable.

I had a faulty turntable cartridge, I explained the issue and they happily accepted the return. They had to order in the replacement part, which took a week in itself, but they kept me up-to-date the whole way. Got my turntable back within 2 weeks.
