Think good old fashioned service is a thing of the past? Think again because at this place they go out of their way to provide it. The products range from budget conscious to high end but the service does not alter. I bought a $150 set of headphones and they let me hang around as long as I wanted with whatever music source I wanted to test them before purchase. I paid a just a few dollars more then I could get them elsewhere but that was a drop shipper from Hong Kong who pretends they come from a local supplier. I would rather get them from here and have the peace of mind thet goes with that. Cannot recommend enough!

I ordered my headphones on sunday night and the were processed on Monday and hand delivered (simply because the owner lived nearby), unbeatable customer service that is not common in todays market. Bought a Schiit Asgard 2 from the guys at A2A. The amplifier ended up having some problems, but they were really good about returns, giving me complete store credit for a different amplifier of my choice (Violectric HPA V90). Only con there was I had to pay return shipping (about $24). Am considering purchasing Audeze LCD-2 from either these guys or Headphonic in Perth

Can't speak highly enough of the fabulous service from the guys at Addicted to Audio. They went above and beyond to keep me informed and made sure I got my ear buds as promptly as possible despite a supplier hold-up. They called me several times to keep me informed and gave me options due to the delay, and all for a $35 purchase. I will definitely be back when I can afford some decent headphones.

I bought a headphone stand recently from these guys and was very impressed with the service. I ordered the item on Wednesday night and received it that Friday in Sydney. Good packing, and their communication regarding the order status and shipping was excellent. I had expected to be informed that the order would be sent from the US and was impressed that they had one in stock here. I'd buy from them again with no hesitation.

I have bought some digital noise cancelling headset, and a headphone amplifier from here. They have a small, are very well presented and clean store in Kew, Victoria.
You can audition most high end sources, amplifiers, headphones, earphones and headsets, all advertised on their website. There was one complaint about them not able to pay by credit card, but I have had no trouble with that at all.

I've bought from here twice. Their store is clean and orderly and they took time to help me, even though I bought a small unit. The second time they dealt with a problem (not their fault) by providing a level of customer service that I thought no longer existed. I have ordered from Addicted to Audio twice, their customer service is outstanding and their delivery is very prompt. My Vita digital radios arrived well packaged. Very pleased with the products and the customer service, my only gripe was my inability to process sale by credit card, I had to use the direct deposit option, however my order was processed very quickly. I sent them an e-mail late on Monday (after hours) to let them know the transfer would occur in the next day or so, and George replied almost immediately politely informing me that they would be shipped asap.

Probably one of the best business I've ever dealt with. The price was the cheapest I found (cheaper than both amazon and ebay as well) and the express shipping was free at the time which was an added bonus. I received my headphone amps on time and in great condition. They've been working splendidly ever since.Their prices are very reasonable and relatively cheaper than other places I was looking at. From what I've gathered at the Whirlpool forums, they have a brick and mortar store at Kew East here in Melbourne where you can test their headphones. I wanted a local seller I could physically go to, which is why I chose this store. It was my first purchase with them over the internet and I'm pleased to say that I didn't have problems with them at all. Would definitely recommend them.
