Bought some Haircare products and there was no packaging to protect them during transit, just thrown straight into a cardboard box. The lid of the shampoo had come off and leaked covering everything in the package. Annoying clean up knowing it could have been prevented with a little more care. I sent them a picture and suggested more packaging to protect items. Because I sent them a picture and they could see that only a small portion of the shampoo had leaked, their response was kind of dismissive, like they didn’t really care and weren’t concerned about about the lack of packaging. They offered to refund the portion of the shampoo spilled knowing it was only like 1/12 of a bottle. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

I have been purchasing from Adore for about a year now and nil issues with online purchases or delivery. However, I was browsing on the website today and sought advice from the online chat function. This online staff member assumed I was in my 40s and recommended mature aged skincare just because I indicated I had dark eye circles. I was quite disappointed and insulted to be honest.

I've been shopping at Adore Beauty for many many years. I've always loved their range of beauty products and their loyalty program is excellent. The website is so easy to navigate and I always find what I am looking for. Shipping costs are always low and they always ship so quickly.

Adore beauty has become my go-to for skin care and salon quality hair products as they’ve proven reliable and fast with excellent support when things go awry. I wish they’d go back to their old delivery service through auspost/StarTrack as I prefer that over go people couriers but o haven’t had any issues yet.

Not sure what has happened to this company, I switched from mecca to this business but the customer service has been lacking. They now have a rewards program which is attached to my old email address which cant be changed in my account.
I have emailed regarding the issue in order to keep my points, even after they have informed me the issue has been rectified, my email address still hasn't been changed and a new account has to be set up. I'll just shop elsewhere instead

I had a product, that had spilled during transit, replaced immediately without any hassle. The packaging on orders is excellent and very neat and receiving a Tim Tam and sample products with your orders are always a bonus. Well done girls!!

Adore Beauty is the easiest, fastest and best online service I have ever used! The website/app has suitable prices, a wide range of Brands and the delivery gets to you so quickly, it’s a delight to receive it (not to mention the yummy Tim Tam surprise too).

I have no issue with the delivery of products, that was all fine. My issue is with the abysmal customer service on my return/refund.

Due to an allergic reaction, And as instructed by Adore Beuty, I returned an olaplex kit worth $124, and have been going back and forth since, with increasingly long delays in communication from Adore’s end. Adore claim they have issued me with a $35 voucher (which is also yet to be seen), and I have no idea why the amount is not what I paid. An excellent online shopping experience, great communication throughout, items packaged well and the free gift and choccie timtam was a nice surprise.
Highly recommend to all.

They don't include promised samples even when you add in the correct promos and speak to them to confirm - state they've "sold out" even when you order in the morning as soon as their promo launches. They're not as competitive anymore, you're better off shopping on Tina Kay (heaps of samples) or OzHairandBeauty (better prices) instead. Customer service has gone severely downhill. The chat function is also screwed so you can't complain when they stuff up and their app is useless.

My first time ordering was fantastic. The product choices are extensive. Received my parcel incredibly fast. Absolutely no complaints and will definitely purchase more in the future.

Shipping is incredibly fast, usually within 1-2 days (even with selecting regular post)!

The best part however is the bonuses. You automatically get 1-3 small satchets/samples and a Tim-Tam, but there are so many deals you can get for bigger samples/full size bonuses if you spend a certain amount or buy a certain product and put in a code.

Great range and prices. Very fast shipping. Love love love that they package with 100% recyclable materials! Great stuff guys!

Product quality is always exceptional.
Been shopping with Adore for a few years and the quality has declined. All the products available are great and brand name but twice now i've received a single bottle of conditioner in a massive box. The free samples have stopped and all that's in the box is a Tim Tam and a wine voucher. Alcoholism is a pretty big problem and I don't believe a company should be furthering that. Happy to continue shopping with Adore but I'd really like the quality of service to go back the way it was pre CEO change over.

I’ve never had faster shipping from online shopping! Not only were they the only Australian stockists of my fave US brands, the parcel was delivered within 2 days and contained 4 free samples and a Tim Tam!!! Perfect!!! I will never search elsewhere for these products. (Bye Bye under eye concealer is the best)!

I’ve been buying from Adore for a while now and they have a great range of products at really good prices. Their reward scheme and offers are really great too. Delivery is super fast…they use Go People (great company) and I get my order within 48 hours…it always includes a tim tam! Customer service is prompt, helpful and have always sorted out any issue I have had.
